Our luxury apartments, all renovated in Spanish atmosphere with modern upgrades: fully equipped with all the modern technology, including Free WIFI, A/C, TV, DVD and fully equipped kitchens, all of them are located in the same building.
We are close to everything: right in the heart of the city in the historical district , between the two main plazas of Seville: Alameda (the night life center of the city) and Encarnacion (the shopping area), within 10 minutes walking distance to the famous cathedral , 5 minutes walking distance to plaza Campana and all the major attractions of the city.
2 minutes walking distance to Dia super market and to the near by coffee shops and Tapas bars.

We stayed at this apartment in September 2012 and were met on Calle Feria by Alan at about 9.30pm. No supermarkets open but there were some alimentacion stores open to get basic essentials - the one we found was adjacent to the market (identified by it's very modern roof). The apartment was very spacious, cooking utensils were extremely basic, the pans were not the best and there was no proper oven. The apartment is around the back of the block, on the ground floor and looked onto a lovely garden with exotic trees/plants. We never heard anybody while we were there so it was very peaceful. Nearest supermarket is about 5 mins walk away and the town main attractions are all within a 40 minute stroll. The area was very Spanish as opposed to touristy and there were a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants for eating out if this is what you prefer to do. All things considered we were very happy with our choice.

all furniture was old and chipped, matrases are thin and you feel every spring, noisy bar around the corner. Location in the center is good, towels and toiletpaper is provided.

The apartment was nothing like the publicity description or photographs. The bathroom was dirty with a broken shower and no plug in the bath. The main room had no table or chairs, just a cheap coffee table and old sofa. The window did not close. The bedding looked dirty. The washing machine had a broken knob and there was nowhere to dry clothes. There was a building site next door with drills and workmen starting at 8 am. Location was good but the apartment was a big disappointment.

Huge rooms with everything you need and more. Location was great. The only negative would be that you can hear everything that is going on in the next room. For example I could hear when the person next door coughed. My neighbours were quiet though so no issues at all.
