Apartamentos Turísticos Bib Rambla - Seville

PROs: - staff's competence and attitude - spacious room, with air conditioning, very clean - equipped apartment - quiet/safe neighborhood - excellent Internet connection - small safe in room CONs: - far from the city center - no hair dryer :) - daily towel change BUT no soap/shower gel change - no international TV channel; all in spanish! :)

The flat and staff were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The only problem is that the building is situated quite far from the city center and the main attractions. To get there you have to take a bus that passes once every 15-20 minutes and takes 30 minutes to arrive to destination. So, if for example you want to go out during the day, come back and rest a bit and go out again at night, the flat is not ideal as it's so far out.

Plus: it's an aparthotel, means you have a kitchen. A washing machine is a big plus. minus: very weak wi-fi that i never succed to get connected. Corrosive frying pans

Appartement dans une structure récente, avec piscine, un peu excentré (il vaut mieux disposer d'un véhicule bien qu'un bus semble desservir le centre de Séville). Un supermarché à proximité permet d'être autonome, si vous ne visez la "grande cuisine" car il n'y a pas de four. Les appartements sont agréables, très propres et spacieux. L'environnement est tristoune car moderne et sans âme, à côté du palais des congrès. La piscine est surveillée et ouverte une grande partie de la journée (fin de matinée puis de 15H à 21H). Parking facile dans la rue (pas vraiment sécurisé).

It was out of the main area, but the buses were very convenient, and there were two grocery stores within 5 minutes walking distance. We were very happy with the quietness of unit. The taxi was 10 euro to the station.

Quoique cet appartement soit loin du centre-ville, un bus nous y amène directement en 30 minutes. Je recommande cet appartement pour de longs séjours puisqu'il y a même un lave-linge dans la cuisine. La cuisine est cependant faiblement équipée, pas suffisamment pour vraiment faire à manger. Mais il y a quelques restos aux environs.

This appartment is an interesting option for people who don't mind either driving or taking a bus to Seville. The appartment is completely outside of the city, but it offers the following: - Relative cleaness of the facilities (obviously, the furniture is old and tired, but the sheets and bathroom are clean) - Cooking your own food and getting away from the damn tapas (seriously, this Spanish "delicasy" is a tiny piece of bread and some salad smeared on it for 3 euro a piece) - Space! Compared with other "hotels" in the overpriced Spain, you get a living room, bedroom, a kitchen with a washer, good size bathroom and a hallway! - Parking included in the price. You can park your car for the day or two and just take the bus to the city. If thats what you are looking for, this appartment is a good option.

The place was clean and modern with decent amenities. The price was certainly affordable. The staff was very nice as well. The only problem is that it's about 30 minutes away from the attractions of downtown Seville. But there is transportation by bus and you can always take a cab as well.

We came to Seville to see the histiric sites for a few days and while we were very impressed by the room and cleanliness of the appartment, were very mislead by the proximity to the old town. As we had no transport we had to rely on buses, which as my mother is elderly was not a good option, and we could not afford to keep getting taxis back and forth so had to stay in the room all evening, so cut our stay short. There was also no where to get a coffee or food on the saturday or Sunday. This was not a great problem as we were self catering but would have been nice to have the choice. I seem to recall that they advertised a restaurant when we booked.
