Worth the money, unfortunately be careful how much hot water you use inthe morning as appears that water only set to heat once a day, so if you want to wash up or shower in the evening you might be unlucky with hot water. Better if you have a car than using public transport as a little more than a 10 minute walk even if you are young and fit. Overall though will use again and recommend to others.

The apartment was very nice and clean and the apartment is well equipped. The only problem was distance to public transport. Location is described in Venere as being 5 minutes walk from the Francois Mitterand tram station. Maybe Usain Bolt could make it in 5 minutes. We used 15 minutes! (And the tram takes around 30 minutes to the centre of Nantes.) Also arriving late would be difficult, as you will probably not find anyone to ask the way. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay. And we recommend both Abelia and Nantes.
