Awful place! The room was small and dirty. The covering of the bed was worn out and smelly and you actually have to sleep with it as there is no other blanket. The bathroom was so dirty - yellow spots on the sink etc. and the shower was broken - we were forced to "tie" it with cord to the water pipe in order to stay straight. The breakfast could barely be called so - a tiny croissant and a coffee! And it is not even in the same building! Maybe it's the small price we paid but take my advice - pay 20 euro more and get a modest hotel instead of this place!

Loud, awful and I would never suggest it to my daughter!! It's ok only if you are looking for a cheap place to stay. The rest is to be forgotten!!

Very nice and quiet B&B. I would have liked the web-site to give information about the reception beeing in a change-bureau. We had to search the street a long time, before we could find it. Anyway, it was brilliant to have the B&B so close to the Termini-station, and everything you may want to look at in Rome is within walking distance! If you wear comfortable shoes! :-)

Ah, yesrome. there were no comments when i booked my room but i took a chance since it was a little cheaper than other places and closer to the train station. damn is it close! i walked out of termini and i was literally standing in front their "check in location" which is basically a money changing storefront. was a little put off by this but the guys were very friendly (is it normal to pay for your entire stay up front?) and after a long trip i was just happy not to have to trek far to the hotel. my room was just a few doors down and a few flights up. very nice. looks brand new. maybe that's why there weren't any comments. anyway, the bathroom is fine. enclosed shower. but the hot water is a problem. it comes in and out and then disappears. the dude who runs the place said there was a problem with the electricity but i think they must just have it set up like that to conserve hot water. not fun. i don't know if this is the norm in rome but i didn't find it to be so in florence or venice. this is basically my biggest problem with yesrome. there did seem to be a problem with the electricity at one point but the dude showed up miraculously after i went to pick up my new room key (electronic) and somehow fixed it so who knows. breakfast isn't much - a croissant and coffee at a little place around the corner - but it's better than nothing and was actually good. everything is within walking or metro distance (didn't even try to figure out the buses but they all stop at termini too). for the price i paid it was a good deal but i heard the price has shot up since then so keep that in mind.
