We've spent 5 incredible days with my wife and my 8 months baby. The apartment is perfectly located and it's very nice for a family. There are 2 supermarkets within 100 m, the Vatican only 50 m away and a metro station only 300 m. 100% recommendable.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious! The location was also more than convenient. We had the metro a block away and the Vatican Museum was literally up one block. I would return to this property without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment right besides Vatican Museum. You can actually see Vatican wall from the window! The apartment is very quiet, light and modern. Nice building and pleasant neighbourhood.

This Apartment and staff were wonderful. It was big enough for our family of 5 and the price was better than paying for 2 hotel rooms. We stayed in Rome for 3 nights/4days and really enjoyed it. The Metro station, Vatican entrance, and shopping were all very close to the apartment. Beware of the cross walks. I was shocked to see that the cars do not stop at them. We were nearly hit a few times while crossing. Other than that, Rome was beautiful. I would stay here again!

we're very glad and enjoy stayed at"Rome Holidays-Vaticano",very easy to reach public area such as:shops, supermarket, and also Metro, but when we're arrived at Fiumicino at the first day,we've got a car,Mercedes with NO airconditioning, too hot and the driver can't speak english. We stayed in Rome 11 nights and we've been to Pisa,Venezia by train from Roma termini. We hope we will come back again in the future. By the way, maybe you can add a "rice cooker" at the apartment. Finally thank you for the management, lovely Rome..Ciao..

This is an excellent and spacious appartment which made our stay very comfortable! It is situated a stone's throw away from the Vatican and you can see the queue from the window! I definately would stay in the appartment again,as it was clean and all the basics were provided.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, Selbstversorgung kein Problem. Insgesamt gute Unterkunft für Leute, die ihren Romaufenthalt selbst organisieren wollen.

The apartment was well laid out and had everything we needed including TV, CD player, books. It's location is great being so close to the vatican. The staff were very helpful in sorting out problems during our stay. A map pointing out the supermarket round the corner would be helpful for first time visitors. We would definitely use again if in Rome.

We could not have asked for a better stay. The shuttle service was perfect. We would have never gotten there if we did not arragange it. We had an excellent welcoming around 10pm. He was so nice and expained everything to us. We had so much space to kick back and relax. We were able to go to the market right around the corner and buy food to make in the apartment to save loads of money. I don't recommend eating at the Snack bars they were so over priced. The internet cafe was perfect aross the street I was able to get my school work done with no worries. (2 euro per hour)The washer in the apartment was also great. And we could see the line to get into the Vatican from our window. The line was so long everyday. So we waited until 3:00 to go and walked right with no wait and NO CROWDS!!! I would definatley come back and stay here, it totaly beat a small hotel room. 4 of us stay comfortably (3 adults 1 child - 7 years old). The 1 and only thing we had issues with was there was a leak in the shower door and there was water all over the bathroom floor - nothing some towels didn't clean right up.

An excellent property in a tremendous location!! Our only compalints were based on the operation of the unit. Only about a half of the electrical outlets worked, the halogen lamp in the living room didn't work, the dishwasher didn't work - so we had to wash most of the dishes as others did not notice they we not clean. This may sound like a lot of problems but it realy was not. We are already thinking about coming back and trying to get the same unit or one that does not face the street. We had a wonderful time and recommend this property. Be flexible and enjoy your holiday! Thanks

It is very conveniently located behind the Vatican. There are 2 subway stations and supermarkets nearby. The taxi stand is little far, but is still within walking distance. It is quite noisy evn though we closed all the windows. But I guess it is a norm in Rome. It is very spacious for our family. We definitely will visit one of these days. Highly recommended.

The apartment was in a great location. The greeting was the best in one month in Italy. Lots of information. Accessible. After the greeter left we realized there was a horrible smell. It was like the cleaning crew had used really old disgusting cloths to clean. We couldn't get rid of the smell for three days. There were roaches in the bathroom. The kitchen was greasy everywhere. All the dishes were dirty. We had to wash everything to use it. The apartment was decorated in a nice basic usefull way. There wasn't any clutter. It just seemed like the cleaning crew is not doing their job. I have children and needed air conditioning in Rome for them to be comfortable. I was paying for that. There were two air conditioning units in the flat. Neither of them worked-at all. It was hotter inside most of the time than outside.
