The intercom system at the main door, on our arrival, proved a little confusing i.e. which number to ring. This small detail could be ironed out with a simple email to future customers detailing exactly what to do on arrival.

Room Details

The 4 self-catering apartments are different in size: two of them can host up to 2 people while the other two can accommodate up to 4.

Two apartments are composed of a living room with double sofa bed, a double room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

One apartment is composed of a living room, a double room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The last one is composed of a living room, a double room, a fully equipped cooking corner and a bathroom.

The accommodations are furthermore equipped with hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, pay TV, direct dial telephone, heating and ADLS Internet connection.

Included/Not Included in the price

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: €2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Water and electricity are included in the price. Final cleaning (except in the kitchen) is included in the price. Use of Internet is not included. Price is available on request. Daily change of bath linen is included in the price. Weekly change of bed linen is included in the price.

From any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring road, connected to all the main incoming highways, follow the directions for Roma centro (city centre), and then to Termini station. Via Gaeta is located 300 metres from the Roma Termini railway station.

By train
From the Roma Termini railway station, exit on the right side, turn right onto via Marsala. Then, straight on along via Volturno, and turn right into via Gaeta.

By airplane
The Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Roma Termini station.
