Residence GRA 21 - Rome

This is the first time we come to the Residence GRA 21. Fortunately we had taken the form bedroom with kitchen, because it is not possible to move away from the hotel without vehicle to go dinner. The area is somewhat poorly attended. The kitchen equipment is old (chipped dishes), and the coffee is too small. The kitchen lighting is nonexistent. These are details that could be corrected easily. The hotel is an island surrounded by roads and highways strong mafic, passing very close, and emit significant pollution. Near the metro ok, but must to be accompanied by car.

This hotel presents an excellent relation quality x price, there is a small kitchen useful and the staff is very helpful. The only problem is the very reduced area to take a shower and the localization non well detected by my GPS. I don`t know about the others. But the advantages cited have compensate these small inconveniences. I would like to return to this place.

The staff here are amazing, they went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible, they all spoke english which was a help. The location was the only draw back as it took about 15 mins to get into rome on the underground but its easy to use so thats ok.

I recommand this hotel! The personal, the rooms and prices are great. As many said the only problem is a big road near the hotel and the italian drivers are not so willing to stop so thet you can cross the road. But the personal will drive you to the metro with their car for free whenever you want, so the road is not a very big problem.

The hotel was as expected based on the reviews on Venere website. The staff members were very frendly and helpful. Crossing the expressway in front of the hotel is quite a big challenge. The staff were quite helpful in transporting us to and from the metro by car.

La ubicación del hotel es lo único que creo debe aclararse, pues se tiene que atravesar una avenida con flujo continuo de autos a velocidad alta. Aunque recibimos el apoyo de los responsables para acudir a la estación del metro a recibirnos una vez que nos registramos en el hotel.

Modernes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Für unseren 4 Tages Trip sehr schön. Das größte Manko ist, daß dieses Hotel weit außerhalb liegt aber mit der U-Bahn (letzte Station) gut zu erreichen ist. Für jüngere Rombesucher auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
