Good apartment with plenty of room.Pity the parking was not included but plenty of spaces adjcent to it so minimal problem.Quiet resenditial area thus it took 45-60 min by bus to reach the centre.Reception staff helpfull and friendly.

I had a very nice stay at Residence Fleming. The apartament was very spacious and quiet. Hot water all the time. The personal was very gentil and helpfull with all information I asked. I liked the area were is situated Residence Fleming, a very quiet and select area. The conection with public transport( buss)is good, but you must to walk 300m from nearest buss station. From there you can easy take the buss to every zone you want to go. Easy to go to Vatican with a direct buss( no.32)but a little more complicated to go to Colosseum( I must to change 3 busses). Correspondence between web pages and actual property is the same. The apartament's price for one single person is expensive, but if you are 2 or more the price is very good. I recomand Residence Fleming everybody( except if you are one single person, because of price).

This is not the right place for me individually. The minibar is totally empty, not even a bottle of mineral water. The room charge required to prepaid when check-in, this sounds really incredible for a 4 stars graded accommodation.

Thay are so kind and nice.Because When we left Hotel My husband forgotten his credit card(!) in Hotelroom. We really worry about it. But They kept safely for his card and send back to us.
