Fine place to stay in the heart of Rome!Very clean and cosy apartment with private entrance and kithen. Only be prepared that most of tableware meant for italian cuisine - no kettle and very small koffe cups. We had to boil the water for the tea in the pot and used 3 cups at once or the cream jug. But these were all our troubles during our exellent vocations in Rome. The stuff was very helpful and we are very thankful for them all.

It is very simple rooms, with minimum things in it. Like a minimalists style. But the place is very comfortable for walking around. For My liking, it is overpriced a bit.

Fantastic place to stay, especially if you have children as you have more space and freedom than a hotel. It is an apartment hotel. It is situated in an old building and occupies the top two floors (4 and 5), there is another hotel on the 3rd floor and it appeared to be local residents in the rest of the building. It was very quiet despite being just off the main road Via Nazionale. There is a lift to the top floors. There is a mini supermarket across the road and a spar shop round the corner where you can get items for breakfast and there is a little snack bar which is open at lunchtimes. The staff were very friendly even though not all of them spoke English. The room was only cleaned once whilst we were there but I think it should have been twice but we were in the room at the time and so were not disturbed. It is in a perfect location for exploring the centre of Rome by foot, only 15 mins to the Colosseum and 10 to the Trevi fountain etc. It was also only a short walk to the underground and main railway station and easy to catch the open top buses. There are plenty of restaurants around the area and two right by the hotel. We ate in one of them and it was fine but you could find cheaper elsewhere.

Staff qualifications need to be improved. Without properly checking the confirmed reservation the staff actually removed our belongings from the room one day before check-out telling our son we had to leave the rooms immediately! They later apologized for their misunderstanding but this had allready caused us serious distractions hurrying back to the hotel from the places we were. The hotel manager provided a amicable compensation and apologized for this unfortunate event. Our rating would have been much higher if this had not happened due to incompetent staff.

The appartments are on the 4th floor, hidden in the backyard of a typical Roman House, very central but realy quite and only a stone's throw away from the main street where are plenty shops, supermarkets and mini markets located. Most POI are reachable by wolk within 10 to 15 minutes (Colloseum, Forum Romanum, Piazza Venezia etc.) Resaurant beside the entree was tested personally and provides good food for fair prices(Pizza, Pasta, Beef ...). The appartments are suited with 2 Bedroom, where one of it can be used as commonroom with TV, smale kitchen with table & 4 seats, fritch, AC in all rooms. We stayed there 4 night and had a very good time, silent nights and pretty good experience at all. Hope to come back to Rome and will stay here again for sure. Greetings from Germany!

I strongly recommend Soggiorno Europa. The appartments are cleans, spacious and have goods amenities (refrigerator, kitchen, Tv, wi-fi, plates). It has two rooms (one for the bed and TV, and the other with a kitchen, table, sofa, TV, refrigerator) The neighbours were very sure. We are afraid about it because we read about some insecurity in Termini, but it is far of Termini and you can find a pair of restaurant in this street closing not early (23:30). One of these restaurant is recommended by Lonely Planet. It isn´t far of the principal points of interest; only of Vaticano, but you can get the subway in Republica Square and you arrive Vaticano in few minutes. The appartments are very comfortables to stay (specially if you arrive very tired you can buy meal in a supermarket very near and you can eat in the apapartment in a comfortabel environment). Do not afraid when you enter to the building and see the old entrance , the appartments are completely news. You can close the appartment door by electronic card or by key. Pino who is in charge of the Soggiorno was very easy-going and told us some important clues to enjoy Rome. One recomendation: be sure the time of your check-in and inform the hotel because I do not know if there would be somebody if you arrive in the late nigth. Again, I strongly recommend this place by quality, price and the staff-.
