Location is fabulous! We had Suite 8. Nice size bathroom for Europe and the King bed was very comfortable but the 2 pull out couches that our kids slept on were awful - very uncomfortable. Also there could be an additional lounge chair and mirror so women could do their make up outside of the bathroom. The kitchen was simple but efficient.

We were a 4 persons family all of us adults and stayed in suite 11, a spacious suite with all the facilities. The big advantage of this apartments hotel wich is located just in Piaza Barberini is its great location, walking distance to almost all main attractions like Trevi,Spanish Steps and Via Veneto. To other places like The Vatican,Piaza Navona and the Coloseum you take the Metro wich is 80 meters away from the hotel and travel 2 or 3 stations. I can not speak about this hotel without mentioning Mrs. Esther who is the almighty figure there and always ready to help and to give very good advices.

Quite nice location that takes only 1 minute from piazza Barberini. Hotel staff was very friendly and kindness. Room is clean and commodious. Modern interior but not Italian style so if you like traditional Italian interior it won't be met your like. If there are wash machine and dishwasher it will be greater. Cafe Barberini around piazza Barberini is nice (croissant and price).

the hotel is very centrally situated but staff and service quality can best be described as amateur .On two consecutive days the breakfast ordered did not arrive and the response was less than apologetic when I queried this .On the final day reception staff denied all knowledge of the taxi I had ordered the previous day to take me to the airport. The head concierge was friendly and knowledgeable but his staff lacked basic skills .The public areas are almost non-existent and overall it represents very poor value for money.

If you are looking for an unobtrusive place to stay that on the inside is spacious, contemporary, and has an extremely high quality (not quantity, mind you) staff, this is it. It is rather surprising -- excellent location (walking distance either direction to Spanish Steps or Trevi fountain), but you can hardly see the logo from the street. In fact, you are given a separate key to enter from your own street entrance. Perfect if you are a rock star or just don't like the bustle of big hotel lobbies. In this way, this place is more like a 5 star furnished apartment than a 5 star suite, as advertised. The suite we stayed in was complete with kitchen. Wooden floors, contemporary furnishings, gave us the feel of really living in Rome, not visiting. The high tech flat had a functioning computer all logged in to high speed internet that they charged as the price of a local phone call (about 3 Euros an hour). If you like the conventional 5 star hotel with its army of staff for room service and messages and whatever, this is not your place. However, the minimal staff is highly qualified and works with you on a personal level to meet your needs. Dinner recommendations, reservations, parking garage, even a permit to drive around the center of Rome, these were all done with ease and grace. It was like having a qualified personal assistant travelling with us. When my notebook computer failed to log in to the net, staff came immediately and configured my computer quickly to make it work! If you are looking for tradition and lush Italian palazzo interiors, this is not the place. Minimal contemporary art is all around, and the front desk even stocks a nice library of art books. In many ways, this is everything that a 5 star hotel is not. If the above description appeals to you, I don't think you will find a better choice. Most important is the quality of the staff. All 3 I met at different times were outstanding. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Fantastic time with excellent views over Rome. The art displayed in the lobby was refreshing, modern and of interest. The building structure was unusual and the staff were more than happy to help. Unfortunately, taxi's found it hard to find. Overall.....we would return without a doubt!
