Excellent, clean and beautiful apartment in central Rome! Perfect for families with two children. Area is really good and everything you need to see in Rome is in walking distance. Nice playground for the children in the bellissima Villa Borghese, you can go there by foot even with young children. Ours are 4 and 2years, and we walked to park and also to Pincio, where there´s a nice carousel for the kids. Supermarket in the neighbourhood. Welcoming was really nice and warm. The woman who gave the keys, let also her mobile phone number just in case. We will certainly come back!!!

Great Apartments in an upmarket part of Rome, but: Needs WiFi access, this is expected everywhere these days, as is a Queen Size bed in the Master Bedroom. Double beds just don't cut it these days in quality accommodation like this. And although understandably there is no lounge room, more comfortable kitchen chairs and a 2 seater at the end of the room would be appreciated after a hard day on your feet exploring Roma.

Rome is a very busy, noisy city but the apartment was wonderfully quiet and spacious. Our welcome was superb and the service was very personal and detailed. We would definitely stay here again.

Only real drawback we noted was the cigarette smoke coming into the apartment when the windows were open in the evening. I would not be able to rent again because of this.

Lovely appartments , only one small problem there was no living room/seating area. Having said that you are not in Rome to sit in your appartment. Eveything else was pefect.

Not a great location for being close to central historic rome- was a bit too far north. Apartment was in need of a paint job throughout but was clean enough and small television worked. Too many noises in the nite like old hot water heater and old refrigerator. 4 flights of stairs but efficient lift for maximum of 2 people.

comfortable apartment, spacious, clean enough but definitely needs maintenance. The spacious shower falls apart, the handles of the gas spin freely, the pots are a few included

Stayed in early December for 3 nights. Negative - Water shower head and heater fixing. Water splashes unto the toilet floor as shower curtains could not hold back bath water. Positive - Location is central to many sightseeing locations (walking distance) and close to the subway station. Good value for family of 4.

The apartment was very clean and in a particularly affluent area. The apartment was comfortable with adequate facilities for self catering. The staff were welcoming and efficient.

The apartment was very well situated; not far from Barberini Station (10 min walk). The two rooms were nice and independent. Not noisy.

An excellent choice for people with young children, as the apartments are in a very quiet area, yet within a few minutes walk of The Spanish Steps. The apartments are housed in a very old building showing signs of wear, but very clean and well maintained .The apartment we stayed in,though basic, was very warm and comfortable(we stayed in December). We would definitely stay here again if travelling with children, but would probably choose a different area if travelling as a couple looking for some nightlife.Overall, an excellent apartment for the price.
