Rey Apartments - Reykjavik

Good apartment, nice location near interesting shopping and walking distance to some of the major city sights. Hotel staff called ahead to verify that the bedding arrangement would work for us. (It did- we had a 1 bedroom apartment set up as bedroom with one double + 2 single beds, and then a separate, spacious living room with fridge and small stove. If we had been staying long I might have asked to have beds in more than one room, but we were there just one night, and this setup worked.) Everything was clean and well kept, and I would stay there again. The neighborhood was interesting- probably not the quietest, but as we were there in cool weather (early March) and kept the windows closed, I didn't notice any street noise. The internet worked well, and the staff was helpful.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay here! Incredibly comfortable bed for weary travelers. Terrific, central location. Welcoming and helpful staff/ownership. Great shower and many other thoughtful details throughout the studio apartment. We would love to stay here again.
