The appartment was Ok, but I didn't like the people around me. There were a lot of drunk English people, making a lot of noise during the night, so after a few nights in Laguna I was exhausted because I couldn't sleep. I also didn't like the animation program, with bingo etc. There is a nice swimming pool, but the music at the pool is so loud that I didn't want to stay there. This is definitely not my kind of hotel.

There were two main problems with the apartment: 1.Beds were dirty, definitely not cleaned after the previous guests. 2.There was enough hot water only for 10 minutes of showering. The view also wasn't great: there was another building directly in front of the window.

The hotel is good value for money. But it is situated on the hill so can be difficult for someone to climb it every day. However they provide free bus to the beach. The surroundings are beautiful as well as the view from your balcony if you stay on the second floor. Rooms are clean but furniture a little bit old. They have problem with towels(very old and dirty). One day I have put the dirty one on the floor and when I came back this dirty towel was hanging on it's place. They didn't change it at all. And only after 2 days when general manager was at the recepcion with oother staff they gave me new and clean towels. But overall I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel for those who likes to save some money. Because hotels near the beach are very expensive.
