Appartement Saint Germain des Prés - Paris

Bathroom and kitchen really poor finitions, tiles falling from the wall, very poor lighthening, no response when you call the lady, you have to pay cash when you arrive and no receipt. The place could be very nice if decoration of kitchen and bathroom are redone by professionals,the works were realised by not even "bricoleurs"!!it is a pitty to leave it like this!!! The lady was not very friendly, and had no time to expane about the flat. Would not recommended because for that price you hope better standards.

Apartment was well located and adequate for the money. With a little thought it could be made much better eg sufficent/matching crockery, light bulbs in lights, better bedding, friendly welcome.

The bathroom is very small and very old, there is not enough light. It is dangerous to take a shower in the small shower ban. The kitchen is small too and there aren´t some elements important for cooking. There is not a toast manchine. The main room is goods, I recomend this apartment only for two people. The apartment is in the third floor and there are not a elevator. The area in my opinion is the best of Paris and there is a supermarket near. In my own opinion there is not enough maintance, not soap, bad forks, not enough bath paper, not napkins, coffe machine dirty, ... SUMMARIZING: A DIRTY ASPECT BUT CLEAN. OLD ITEMS FOR THE HIGH PRICE YOU PAY

The owner-manager was very helpful and nice. I liked her. We all enjoyed the location, which was perfect. For two people this apartment would be a little tight, but OK, and a size expected for Paris. For the three of us, it was very close quarters. The bathroom shower defied reason!! Small, with a strange system with a platform halfway through the bathtub, see, I can't even explain it! This is Charlie's wife Barbara - we collectively give it a 9 and would recommend it, but only for two and not for three people.
