Worst hotel ever in my life! One particular female staff at the front was very rude. (Other staffs were okay tho. ) Anyway, I would never return to that hotel, because of that woman ( and plus, insanitary and noisy environment. The room was very cold too.) This 4 star hotel is absolutely not worth for the price that I had to pay for .

The hotel is horrible, old, leaky ceilings, all the smell of stale water. It is perhaps twenty years ago was a four-star hotel. Now the hotel to be renovated! It was our worst accommodation!!!!

Very good place to stay in Paris. The best location to see everything. Very good and helpful staff. Our room was very nice and was cleaned every day. I wish to come back to Paris and stay here again.

Broken elevator, no air conditioning in rooms, only one person attending the recepcción, serving breakfast and others, habotaciones in poor condition, the refrigerator smelled rotten, the street noise is unbearable, our cleaning lady interrupted sleep, the WiFi signal was very poor and there was all the time, the telephone connection was bad, well, not a 4 star hotel or anything, not worth it. Just had a lady who was very friendly could not do more than she did, it was only one person for everything.

The staff is welcoming and acomodating. However, the furniture/carpeting are worn out and have seen better days...The rooms do not reflect the 4-star rating and need renovation. NO FREE INTERNET! The internet in the loby is supposed to operate with coins but did not work. However, the rooms are spacious and the location is very good.

We were travelling with our 2 young children and found the hotel to be fantastic for our purposes. the location was brilliant and the room quite large for a Paris hotel.

Most helpful staff and central location. Needs urgent and general refurbish. Not at all a 4 stars and overpriced even for Paris.

The most professional and courteous staff at the front desk. We are a family of four and having someone explained and helped made our life easier in Paris. Great service at the front desk. The room was a bit tight and the kitchen is very small but overall our experience was great since we didn´t spend much time at the hotel. We would come back and stay at the same place due to price/benefits especially location. Very close to the metro and near the opera. Plenty of restaurants in the area to have breakfast and good cafe´s. A++

Employés sont très accueillants. Évitez les chambres situées au rdc. Les tapis dans les chambres devraient être changés.

The view over the rooftops and the Eiffel Tower from the upper floor was nice. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the location was great. We had a great stay at this hotel, but you could really question its four star rating. The room was quite small for 5 people, only 3 beds and 4 sets of towels, even though we had booked for 5. The carpeting was slightly stained and the walls had marks here and there, which made it looked a little worn down. For a four star hotel you'd expect this to be more or less perfect. Paris is very expensive, however we still don't think this hotel is a good value.

The property was pathetic and should not be given any star and surprisingly it is catagorised as a four star. i strongly suggest your site to remove this property as a four star. i didnt stay there even for a night and lost my money for one night because of the deceptive information and picture. The rooms were like a peigon nest and their two room unit definition is one bedroom with one living where you don't even have a space to put your luggage let alone getting in.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is perfectly located - a short walk to the Opera one way and a nice walk to the Louvre the other. Everyone at the front desk spoke English and went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. The duplex room was very comforatble for our party of two adults and three children. Downstairs, a stuffed chair and a sofa pulled out into beds. There was a table for four, a small kitchenette and a powder room. We could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Upstairs, there is a double bed and a bathroom with a tub. The design is a little dated and the spiral staircase in the room was a little tricky, but the room was clean and quiet and the sheets were very nice. We would certainly stay at the Metropole Opera the next time we're in Paris.
