Vacation Rental FAY Notre-Dame - Paris

This is the most awful place I have ever been and I can assure that I'm a frecuent traveller. The appartment is dirty very dirty. The welcome lady was awful just saying that we should take care of not breaking anything. When I asked her how was the appartment the answer was: "It doesn't matter since you cannot cancel your reservation". She knew that was terrible. TV didn't work simply because the cable was broken, washing machine didn't work but was there. On the kitchen just one of the electrical plaques worked. There was dust everywere on the pipes that had not been cleaned for years. We got 3 towels that were so old that they don't dry any more. There is a coffee machine that makes coffee for one at a time. There is just one wine glass and very poorly cutlery. There is not even a toaster. Just under the appartment there are 2 bars which means that the whole night you have people drinking, talking and shouting under your window. There is only one thing I can say about this place DO NOY rent it and it is a shame that someone has it for rent. It is the worst place I have never seen.

Love the location,and the apartment as well. The only thing is that there were missing several lightbulbs,and liquid for dishwashing. The TV did not work as well. Met the girl that cleans the apartment,and she was wonderful,very helpful. Everything concerning payment,and picking up keys was very easy as well.

Apartment was fine but basic. No added extras! No information on the area, rationed toilet paper and washing up liquid, half the light bulbs missing, kitchen not equipped for cooking, but the worst thing was how completely rude the owner is! Location is good.

Lorsque nous arrivions à Paris, la propriétaire nous a appelé pour nous dire qu'elle ne pouvait pas nous le louer alors que nous l'avoins appelée la veille pour confirmer. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à Paris sans logement et avons passé notre première demi-journée à chercher un hotel. C'est inadmissible.
