Hotel FAY Le Louvre - Paris

We visited Paris for a weekend and stayed two nights in the apartment we rented. Everything started with a completely unfriendly welcome, a man came and opened the door of the house, but he forgot to give us the key for the apartment. We called again and then a woman brought us the key, but she was very unfriendly and inconsiderate. The apartment was more or less clean but we had the feeling that the bed sheets had already been used. There was a drainpipe leading through the wall of the apartment, which started to smell at night so that we had to sleep with opened windows. The only positive aspect was that the apartment was very close to the city centre, so that we were able to arrive at most of the sights easily. The street was crowded with little shops and bars and was really worth visiting, but nevertheless we will never stay in this apartment again.
