We stayed at the attic appartment which had been recently painted and I found we were the 1st quests since the paint job.There was a paint smell in the room which you would expect The bathroom lights didnt work and no pillows on the divan bed.But in spite of these minor hiccups the appartment offered a great panorama over Jean Jaures boulevard down to the Eiffel Tower in the distance and a view over the rooftops of Paris. With a Metro station right outside the door doing the touristy bits was a breeze.I imagine it could be a bit stifling in the middle of a heatwave as there is no cross ventilation.Air conditioning would help.

Abbiamo passato le prime due notti in una piccolissima sistemazione al piano terra con un caldo canicolare, senza ventilatore e a sessanta centimetri dal cortile interno, dove tra una cartaccia e l'altra giocavano dei bambini che facevano continuamente capolino dalla nostra tendina, mentre i genitori erano troppo occupati a diffondere odori di cucina esotica per tutto il piano anzichè badare alla prole. Va detto che il vano a muro che funge da appendiabiti è anche l'alloggiamento di secchi e scope. Ottenuto finalmente un trasferimento al 7 piano(ma non un ventilatore, che abbiamo dovuto acquistare) per le restanti 3 notti abbiamo avuto meno odori sgradevoli ma più caldo! Nota bene: appena varchi il portone principale ti assale il puzzo feroce del locale pattumiere alla tua destra, consigliabile l'apnea. Temiamo che nonostante gli sforzi del personale, comunque gentile, la struttura prometta più di quanto realmente offra, e in ogni caso non valga la cifra richiesta, anche considerando la zona, piuttosto degradata e periferica.

Appart'City Paris La Villette offers affordable independence while staying in the French capital. Whether you're here for a short visit or a longer stay, guests can stretch out and get comfortable in this popular home-away-from-home.Both the Standard Studios and the Larger Studios provide guests with everything they need to feel welcome. Pleasant décor and complimentary wireless Internet access means that work can be done in a refreshing change from the office. When it's time to relax, guests can get comfortable in cozy separate lounge areas.
The Studios are ideal for 2 people, measuring up to 20 square meters (215 sq. ft). These compact apartments feature kitchen areas equipped with microwaves, dishes, fridges and dishwashers, enabling visitors to make quick snacks and light meals at leisure.
