Parking was more than quoted and breakfast was terrible. Nearby trains kept us awake

Standard single rooms continue the tradition of French accommodation: although the hotel is brand new, single rooms are as small as usual. Family rooms are big indeed, go for them. Design in the rooms and lobby is too simple, almost boring. The computer in the lobby needs an access code which can be typed in only by a receptionist, which means you have to wait till he finishes his direct responsibilities before you can check your e-mail. No information about how to dial from the hotel is available in the room, which means you have to disturb the receptionist again. Warning: towels are hidden in the bathroom cupboard. Do not call the receptionsit to ask where they are. He already has a lot to do (seriously).

Comfortable, clean rooms. If you plan on cooking, you will need your own cleaning supplies. Our room was very spacious (Double), though others with the same spec did not have as much room. Access to the metro is close, and there are a few local bars, though it is essentially a business neighbourhood.

Price is good, location is good! Nothing wrong with the hotel! But the staff is terrible! Poor management! Everyone complains at the reception and no one helps to solve the problem.

We are family of 3 adults who were on holiday in France. We were well pleased with our stay of 5 nights at the Paris Grande Bibliotheque. The receptionists, especially Dai, were very helpful in providing maps, metro routes and information for our sightseeing. This residence hotel was a good value for the price.

As a group of 4 females the hotel kindly put us in adjoining junior suites this was great. Staff were lovely and helpful with all information. I believe the hotel will be more expensive in the future as there is still building work going on around it,although we hope not as we would go back. Well done to Venere for listing this hotel it was great.

spent 5 nights in this new hotel. clean rooms well furnished and equipped, even if they are rather small. Good welcoming by the (Sicilian) receptionist. however, problems with heating system and no assistance from the hotel.

Ottima posizione di fronte alla stazione dei treni dove c'è il capolinea degli autobus che collegano l'aeroporto di Parigi Beauvais e a 400 mt dalla stazione della Metro. Camere spaziose, tutto nuovissimo, un po' di disorganizzazione per il buffet della colazione. Se non compresa nel prezzo, si può scegliere di fare colazione anche da Starbucks o in altri bar a pochi metri dall'albergo.E' affianco alla biblioteca nazionale Francois Mitterand.Bagno e camera ok.
