Residenza D'Aragona - Palermo
Via Ottavio D'Aragona 25 - Palermo
This charming building, dating back to the early 1900, recently redecorated, offers 20 elegant and spacious suites equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay.
The public areas are furnished with a rare taste and feature wood and top quality fabrics: the reception, bar, and breakfast room are warm, refined spaces where guests have the pleasure and possibility to unwind at any time of the day.
The services are absolutely superior for those proposed by 4 star hotels in Palermo: there is complimentary wireless Internet access and a fax for receiving and sending communications, ideal for those who are staying at the hotel for business, and tourist information and reservations for sightseeing and guided tours to discover the city during your stay in Palermo.
The staff was extremely helpful and competent. I would especially like to mention ...

The staff was extremely helpful and competent. I would especially like to mention Silvia, who made my stay so much more pleasant. Not only did she describe everything I had to know about the hotel, she went out of her way to inform me about Palermo and help me with the little difficulties that crop up when travelling, all of it done in excellent English.

Staff was pleasant, the room was clean and for a 1 night stay it's OK. The only real issue is the absence of suitable car parking space in surrounding areas

It was very nice stay; there was only one problem with reception opening hours (open to 1 pm) so, I had to call by phone, and wait for receptionist about 30 minutes on the street. But, once inside, everybody was very kind.

Rooms are clean, quiet and very very spacious, hotel is located in the center of Palermo so excellent location to visit the town with no need to take the car. Rooms are exactly like in the photos shown in the hotel web site. Breakfast was the best we had ever tasted in 2 weeks in Sicilia, "cornetos" simply delicious. Very hard to find such a beautiful hotel at this price.

Great Hotel, but make shore you call when you arrive at the airport to tell them you are on your way, so somebody is there to greet you. Central position you can walk anyplace. Thank you for everything.P.S. If you have a car make shore to ask if there is a garage been Palermo the parking is a mad affair.

Lage i.O.

No ventilation in the breakfast room, we don't understand why Italians are so afraid of opening windows to let in some fresh air! In general this was a good, centrally located hotel, the staff was helpful.

Loved having the spacious apartment. The position was good and we were able to park the car outside or around the corner. The girl on the desk was helpful with our onward booking. As we booked on the internet we had outstanding value for money. The downside of Palermo was that we wanted to see the Capella and it was closed for a private function!! As it rates as the main attraction for the whole of Sicily in a well known guide book how could this happen. Was it a mafia function?? Closing a public place for two days for a private function would be unheard of in Australia.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

Excellent position, central to Palermo but on a side street so very quiet. Parking outside the hotel. Kind, English speaking staff. The breakfast was scanty. It would be our first choice for Palermo again.
