The good: This place still had vacancies on short notice. The price was low. The bedroom was quiet. (However, the front room with the Murphy bed was LOUD at times.) The rooms were clean. The pool was beautiful, and there was an area to grill. The bad: Compared to the deal that we got with a reservation 4 months in advance at another resort last year, this place was a disappointment. It was almost certainly built in 1971 when Disney World was first opened, and it was probably the best hotel at that time. Now, though, it is out-dated. Foe example, our bathroom door handle was broken & falling apart. The Ugly: Their ad claims that it has full-size kitchen appliances, so we got our groceries while waiting for our check-in time. Unfortunately, the stove has only two burners and NO OVEN! (This would have good to know before buying food that required oven preparation.) Overall, this was a decent place to sleep if you are going to spend a lot of time at the parks. If we had to make reservations at the last minute again, we would definitely consider returning here still because we saw some of the other options that were available at the last minute, and they all looked the same, except that this place had separate rooms to sleep.

This room was bug infested, and generally old. We only stayed in this room because I made a commitment and did not cancel once I saw where this was. Will not do that again.

We stay here very often,we always request the same rooms as we like to be as close to old town as possible, the hotel is older but kept up and clean. I like this hotel for that and it being adjacent to Old Town which is my favorite get-away. Very relaxing but yet alot to do. I will continue to come back as often as possible.

Everthing was nice for us and our 3 children (3 to 11). The only thing was that the Pool could have been a little bit cleaner. We will come again, specially if we get a Room around the Pool where we could superwise our kids from the balcony.

We really like the place where the hotel is located, it is very good, but needs a little bit of outside maintenance.

The hotel was much older than it looked on the web. The outside reminded me of the early 70's. 2 or 3 floors with outside skywalks to the rooms. But it was clean and roomy... we just expected more.

Was pleasantly surprised by the accomodations. We were very happy that they were pet friendly and enough room to park a big truck. We will stay again.

The convenience of the Days suites is Wonderful, as is the size of the room but it really could use more thorough cleaning and upkeep. The blanket on the bed that comes from the wall was see through in spots as it was worn badly there was no garbage can in the kitchen nothing to gather ice with, or extra blankets as it was cool the evenings we stayed, My more serious concern was the fact of check in, with employee, Maureena, she first told us we were not due til the 24th our registration on line was for the 17th, then she said well it must be someone else? With my name? and same credit card number i asked? she said she didn't know she would check I said well if it pulled it up with my card that pretty well explained it to me as I held the copy of the print out from registration on line. Then upon check out they said it was over 164.00 total and the on line registration said it was a total due of 134.00 that is a 30.00 difference and without the proof i had I would have had to pay that! I think overall its a nice place, for the money but it needs a facelift of employees. We were never welcomed, greeted or thanked except for the lady who said thank you for staying the last time we went that was our second time. will have to see if we stay again.....We were stuck way in the back of the facility and I have a mobile disability which was a little inconsiderate when i asked for a downstairs or convenient room. My father-law also came with us who has a mobility chair the room was really not handicapped equipped or convenient for him either. Just did not experience any real worthwhile reason to continue to interact with the employees of the Days Suites

Room was okay as far as size and it was clean. But where our room was located was kind of scary, had to walk through alleys to get to Old Town from where our room was located in unit Q. Other than that it was okay, but stayed at a nicer Best Western further up for 5 nights for the price of 2 nights at this hotel. And the other hotel was nicer all the way around.
