Midtown East Apartments by Globe Quarters - New York

Upon arrival, we were very well taken care of. The room was spacious and clean, had everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home. The location was very good, strategicaly located near the main spots of manhattan. Surrounded by small restaurants and groceries stores. Was very nice to find food for breakfast provided by the staff, good heating and very quiet. We Highly recommend it for business or tourist stays.

We stayed in New York for a week. If I came to Manhattan again I would choose the hotel again. Its location is just right,you have all you need in the apartment, and most of the staff are very helpful, with the exception of a couple of concierges who would not even say hello. It was very thoughtful of the business to place fruit and other necessaries in the premises for us upon our arrival. The apartment where we stayed -we were offered an upgrade from a studio to a one-bedroom apartment- was very good, but I cannot have an opinion whether all apartments/studios are equally good, as I have not seen them. The bathroom needs an extra towel hook and the shower curtain is problematic, as it tends to stick on you no matter how you move in the tub.

Fantastic location: only few minutes away from central park and fifth ave. walking distance to moma and time square. 24h shop just around the corner, and several small cafes and restaurants between 2nd and 1st ave. great stay there!

We received a router to connect to internet in wi-fi mode without additional costs. Excellent structure

Very well located. We have been upgraded to a spacious flat. People were really helpful. For our first time in New York it was a great experience. Nice attention like fruit, all you need for your first breakfast, good recommendations provided on surroundings, nearest supermarket to booking a show.

I was fortunate to be upgraded from a studio to an one bedroom apartement. As I arrived late, the staff had provided me with bread, coffee etc for my breakfast. The apartment was well furnished. Especially I liked the art in the apartment very much. I lived in NYC for two years while studying at Cólumbia University 1969 -71. Since I have visited the city regularely. I found the apartment hotel to be very conveniently situated, witin walking distance of midtown and with access to busses and subway. With the internet provided I was in close contact with both what happened back home in Sweden and in NY. I found the apartment very cosy, and I could have stayed for a very long time.

We had a great time staying in New York. The apartment was so clean and spacious, and very close to everything. The price was excellent. I would recommend it!

Apart from the bath curtain that it would definitly need to be changed, the studio is nice and well equipped. The location is quite and very convenient. Mrs.Zebo, the agency manager, is very kind! I'd raccomand this accomodation.

I stayed in a two bedroomed apt, it was fine and central park close by

Great position, close central park and all the best museums and shopping areas, close to the underground, quiet road (by New York standards), great personnel and always helpful. I recomend this place

Apart from the daytime doorman who couldn't care less if we got into our apartment or not when we arrived and neglected to inform us that you had an office on the 5th floor, everything was excellent. Your office employee was very helpful indeed once we found out that she was there. I understand that particular doorman is not an employee of yours. The evening doorman was excellent. I would heartily recommend the apartments to anyone who wants to have a temporary base from which to explore Manhattan, or for a short business trip.

We were in 2A - 1) Almost on street level and bedrooms VERY VERY noisy. 2) No clothes storage in bedroom 2 - kept my things in my suitcase and hung on back of a chair. 3) TV did not work. Zebo said she told us but we don't recall this. 4) Bath got blocked and after clearing brown water came out of the tap. 5) I had an emergency and night door man very unhelpful. He tried to help us with suitcases as we were leaving so we would tip him, tho!! 6) smell of urine in staircase not dealt with despite telling day doorman and lastly, 7) apartment did not match photos on webpage and we were disappointed. Zebo was very helpful but is a little bit too agressive - we are guests in USA after all! But I think she means well. If we stayed again we would want an apartment which was on an upper floor and looked like the photos.

Over all my experience was very good. The place is located just a few blocks away from the Main Streets of Manhattan and from all the attractions. The rooms are big and comfortable, clean and very well equiped. The only complain I have is related with the doorman that was on duty the day we left. He was just not the kind of people who should work with public. His service was deceptioning and hostile. I really recommend this place after all. The owner and her assistant were justnice with us. I really liked it

It's very good place,at the corner of second avenue,near Central park and near Tube's stop(59th steet) Apartment Midtown East is very very clean and very cosy.But Breakfast isn't incluse there is some sugar tea and coffe in the kitchen

It is ideal for people not seeking the luxury of a hotel, although location does not correspond with location shown on map.
