Vacation Rental Case Così Chiaia - Naples

I liked very much. clean, quiet, very friendly staff. Close to everywhere - and to historic sites and shopping. Breakfast there, but I did not need it at the hotel. I'll be back once again required.

Near to Alibus transfer from Airport (Theatro San Carlos). Extremly loud early morning from the hotel yard. (Loud motor noises). Aside to the loudness very good for a stay in Napoli.

It's a good place to stay.

Coming back to Naples I would definitely stay again in this comfortable, spacious, well positioned apartment, but I guess that during the hottest months of the year it would probably get pretty hot, being without air conditioning.

More than a hotel it is a typical high house of a typical street of Napoli. The street is a little dirty but as far as I could notice safe. And I appriciated that it is so near to the center , the castles, and the port.The appartment has been completely restaured and every thing is clean and new and nicely done. The young man at the reception was very friendly and helpfull. I spend a nice time there. I did not mind to go by food to the third floor, as there is no lift.

I stayed in a 4th floor double room facing the street. Great place overall in the classic Naples neighborhood Quartieri Spagnoli. At first it may seem unsafe but really the area is just a bit chaotic and busy. I got used to it quickly. It's a very residential area with tiny grocery stores and trattorie everywhere. You can't get such a charming atmosphere staying in some 4- or 5-star next to the coast! Once you walk down to the main street (via Roma/Toledo), there are cops present and many tourists. I loved the apartment and am definitely staying at Case Cosi again. However, I wouldn't stay there if it were above 35C since there is no A/C. Also, it was quite a walk up some stairs but if you request a lower floor it shouldn't be a problem. I had no issue walking up the stairs. Apt very clean and quite modern!

We found our welcome and orientation to apartment and area excellent and more than we would have expected. The apartment is near to shops, entertainment and restaurants, and above all within easy walking distance from transport and some local attractions.

I stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was nice and would have been large enough for a couple with one or 2 children. There was only a few ustensils for cooking but the guy attending me was very nice and helpful so you can ask for some more things you would need. The apart is well situated in a very narrow street in a "very napolitan" area about 20 minutes walking from "centro storico", 10 min. from the sea side. The main drawback of this place is that it is extremely noisy so I had to close the windows to be able to sleep and there was no air conditionning. I was lucky that it was not to hot when I went there. But they might have some apart not on the street side. Just ask.

I stayed in Apt. 19. This apt is very bright and sunny. It was spacious and clean and has two steel security doors, one on the apt itself and one on the floor below, so security seemed well taken card of. Since it was on the top floor it also had access to a terrace on the top of the building and it was quite pleasant to sit up there and read or just enjoy the view. The apt was also very quiet. The kitchen and sink and refrigerator were more than adequate for a long 7-10 day stay. The bathroom was clean and adequate with full shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The only drawbacks to this apartment are: 1) It is at the top of the fifth floor and there is NO elevator!!! So if you cannot walk up 5 flights of stairs especially in summer forget it and 2) there is no air conditioning. So again in the summer this may be a rather uncomfortably warm/hot apt. There is however an overhead fan in the bedroom. 3)There is no separate internet connection for each apt. And forget wireless too. No WiFi in the building. I enjoyed my stay here. The location was excellent.
