Residenza Echia - Naples

The local is fantastic close to the sea and delicious restaurants. The rooms and beds are comfortable. I would recommend this accommodation for a short or long stay. I also recommend the restaurant Antonio and Antonio for great food and service.

This was a disappointing apartment. The kitchen facility was most inadequate. For example no kettle, no cereal or pasta bowls. There were no bedside tables. The TV was in the bedroom on a very wobbly stand and there was nothing to lean on when sitting in bed attempting to watch.Of the 500 advertised channels the 3 or 4 which would have been of interest to English speakers had no signal. I would definitely not stay here again. Also it was too far from most places of interest in Naples.

We were very confortable. Although the Residenza does not have reception 24 hs, the attention was really friendly and very helpful.The location is rather central, and 100mts from the sea.

After being welcomed by the competent and charming owner of the hotel, we were totally on our own - until we had problem with the key. In spite of the time of the day (late sunday evening), she was at our side, to help us. When we booked, we did not expect any breakfast, but coupons to a nearby cafe were included. We recommend the nearby small island with the "egg-castle". 2 minutes to walk (!) and with a handfull of charming restaurents. Only disadvantage - One of the four keys was rather big to have in your pocket. We will never hesitate to come back.

A compliment for the layout, details and overall qualities; This is the model for others of this type to emulate.

I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Napoli. The apartment is in a great location, close to restaurants and city streets. It is tastefully decorated and the building is secure. I felt safe and relaxed in our flat. Dorianna (the owner/manager) was an excellent host and I could not have asked for a warmer greeting. From the time that I booked my reservation, she was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Adam and I were so pleased with this property. If we are able to get back to Napoli, we will certainly stay here again. FABULOUS!!

We are Japanese couple and stayed there end of the year and new year. Napoli's famous countdown Fireworks were excited. The Owener is very kind and informative. They helped us very much! The location is very convienient. It is center of Santa Lucia and close to Bar, restaurants, shops and the expensive hotel. We could access most places to visit on foot. We enjoyed the stay in Napoli and want to visit there again . Thanks a lot !!! There is a restaurant next door. We enjoyed the meal at the restaurant and takeaway pizza. They are very tasty and reasonable !! If we have a chance to visit Napoli , We would like to stay there again !
