Good location in a mainly quiet part of town, though the local "boy racers" like to blast past in their cars, though it all settled down at night. We had no-one in the neighbouring room, and everything was nice and quiet. Following previous reviews, we got fish and chips from the local place and sat outside in the sun to eat them. Certainly very tasty especially the Kumara chips/fries. Lots of space in the room, plus a reception room, which is pretty posh for a motel. :) Owner was very friendly and helpful. (I've chosen 10/10 for the location & type of rooms, but the venere feedback form doesn't let me check the details, and I've no idea if they're accurate without checking).

A last minute booking for one night when visiting Napier for the first time, this could not have been better. The motel is modern, very clean, and easy to get to. Just a short drive out of the centre of Napier with restaurants nearby (outstanding fish and chips 5 minutes walk away). The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, I would certainly go back.
