Résidence Le Quai des Princes - Cap d'Ail, Monaco

dal call center di prenotazione non ho avuto esatte informazioni nè su come raggiungere l'hotel nè sul tipo di accomodamento infatti nessuno mi ha detto che si trattava di hotel-residence e mi sono trovato in grande difficoltà sia nel trovare l'hotel sia nel trovare la reception e tutti i servizi chiusi (e io avevo 2 bimbe di 9 anni con me)dopo le 19.00...............!!!!!?????

common areas have been totally neglected. nice rooms but housekeeping could be better. Having a kitchen and eating area was very good. Finding the property was difficult. You should refer to the Marriott as a referenc point and give directions from there. Good for people staying longer and want good access to Monaco for much less than staying in Monaco.

I would recommend this property to everyone visiting This area. Pleasant view, perfect quality vs. price.

Corridors very poor and dirty rugs. Drapes in bedroom hanging, I had to more or less fix them because there was no help in the hotel (only 1 person, a lady). No help to handle baggage. Very disapointing experience.

everything is excellent, we stayed in the suite for four days and three nights, rooms (for four people max) are clean, wide and well furnished, the kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave and dishes; the whole sea-front residence is very clean and quite, it is practically inside the harbour, the same for the surroundings, the reception is open form 7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m., the staff is very nice and speaks also english and some italian. The only negative aspect is how to reach the location, Montecarlo is not big, but one-ways are very common and to drive in is very difficult: we had to turn around for about one hour, i give a short explanation: when you arrive it is important not to follow signs to Cap d'Ail ,as you reach the town but not the harbour, first go inside Monaco, close to Monaco harbour on the right, follow the signs to the Marriot and in the tunnel turn left to Fontvieille, after this point you find the sign "Cap d'Ail Port" and Marriot

Monte Carlo is expensive, this is a good alternative for people prepared for longer stays, esp if coming with their yachts. This hotel is mainly serviced appartments for yacht owners staying long-term in Monte Carlo. Reception is only working in extended business hours!!! Rooms are spacious and surrounding is nice (just make sure you to to PORTE du Cap d'Ail which is actually in Monte Carlo, there is another city just outside Monte Carlo called Cap d'Ail which is a different place!) Maintenance is lacking, with many locks not working well. There is a nice swimming pool on the terrace.

Stayed only for 2 nights burt a rate of 116EURo for a spacious, clean and perfect located appartment is more than reasonable.
