Breakfast is served in the Suite, on the roof garden overlooking the Duomo (only for Exclusive Suite & City Glam Double Room) or at the lovely coffee shop down stairs. Top quality coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate/tea plus pastry/bread-butter-marmalade/fresh fruit & yogurt/milk & muesly (also organic)are the options you can choose through. You can also ask for cheese & salami...In each Suite you will also find a complimentary tea selection as well as Illy coffee.

Check-out: before Noon.
Accommodations are located at 6 different addresses in central Milan. Guests should call the number on the booking confirmation in advance to arrange for check-in directly at the location they will be staying at.
Guests who don't make advance arrangements and who check in at the main reception will be required to pay any applicable taxi charges to transfer to the location of the accommodations.
Check-in is available from 2 PM - 7 PM. Guests arriving after 7 PM must make prior arrangements (surcharge applies).

I usually rent appartments on my holidays and this one it has been one of the most disapointing experience. The room was very average and it wasn't the one in the photos. great location but terribly noisy, we couldn't sleep at all. the worst thing was that the hot water didn't work during the last day and they didn't give us the possibility of using other room. I wouldn't recommend it, there're nicer hotels in Milan for the same price

Lovely apartment. (Golden Suite) 5 star in most regards, shower base not pristine and leak under kitchen bench minor niggles. The weekend nights were a bit noisy with foot traffic from local restaurants. Expensive and I'm not sure I would pay this much if it wasn't business, but is a lovely area to stay, within walking distance from Duomo, metro, restaurants and supermarket handy plus high quality boutique type shopping all around.

Except the geographic situation, there is nothing to recommand "the place". the correspondence between web pages & actual property is totaly different. The price exceed the level ofthe prestation. I don't recommend this property to anybody
