Acca Palace Hotel - Milan

Residence, but there is only microwave oven in this room and no way to cook, if you look for a residence where you can cook, it's better to find out the other place (but some residence offer only microwave oven like here). This is a residence, but as I mentioned above, if there is only microwave, this is not so different than a simple nomal hotel.

I complained with the reception that the shower door was broken and nobody came to check. Breakfast was very good and nice staff. Moreover, the metro station is just 200 mtrs away, is very efficient and does not cost much.

NEW HOTEL, SUITABLE FOR FAMYLIES, WITH VERY ROOMY AND CLEAN BEDROOMS.SUPERB BREAKFAST. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY . THE ONLY SIDEDOWN WOULD BE THE LOCATION, BUT IT´S WITHIN STONE REACH FROM THE CITY CENTER BY UNDERGROUND AND ONLY TAKES 15 MINUTES TO GET TO. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

Handy location for traveling with car, safe parking. easy to catch public transport in the city. Spacious room for family of 4. simple & clean, Breakfast was better than we thought, smiling staff despite rush hour in the morning. The surroundings can be boring but supplies enough simple food places

A nice quite place to relax in the city. Near the underground station line 3 and in 15 minutes you'll be in the heart of Milan.

Hotel rooms are good...only bit far from city Metro is about 10mins walk I would recommemd to others looking for a nice and comforable room

this hotel might be the best hotel i have stayed for personal travel -- it is as good as any other 5 star hotels when i had biz trips. the only problem is that you have to take bus from a subway station to the hotel, and the bus didn't stop on every station! so we got down in the wrong station, and walked back for 20 min in the mid night of Dec 31st 2010. Good thing is we found quite a few chinese restaurants in that street, and really cheap.

This was the last night of our holiday and we were thankful to be in a large room that was quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with a large range of food. Hotel was easily found and had secure parking underneath. Considering the level of service and comfort this was probably one of our cheapest stays.

Very nice stay at Acca Palace with 3 friends of mine in the suite room. It is a very good 4 stars hotels, with a complete international breakfast. The surrounding is not very nice but the hotel is at 5 minutes walking from the Metro stop "Affori Centro" and then 10/15mins from the Duomo.

Great value for rooms but please be aware that you must take metro into city center. We found the metro convenient and worth taking so that we could stay in a nice hotel without breaking the bank. Will definately stay here when we visit again.

Acca Palace is a friendly place and very good value albeit a bit out of the centre. But you won't find this level of quality for this price in the centre. It's only 15-20 mins by metro and bus to the Duomo and the service is very regular and efficient. There is an excellent local pizzaria very nearby on the main road and a cafe for breakfast and coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable. A few tiny things could improve but these are minor points: There was music playing in the hall and corridors which seemed a bit unnecessary at times, and the system of letting previous guests clean the plates etc in the apartment rooms is flawed - ours had to be cleaned before use. And it is not clear when booking that breakfast is not included (but it is 7.50 euro each and pretty high quality). You won't regret staying here

Good solution nearby public transport. Busstop round the corner then after 5 stops the metro takes you to the duomo. Save location, fine nabourhood.
