These brand new non-smoking serviced-apartments with beamed ceilings and underfloor heating, welcome guests in a cosy and warm ambience.Spacious and brightly-lit, the apartments consist of one or two bedrooms accommodating up to 5 persons (extra bed available). A living room with double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with hair dryer and washing machine are featured.
Other accommodation amenities include colour TV, individually controlled air conditioning, wireless Internet connection, personal safe. Two apartments offer a small balcony.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Use of the kitchen costs an extra €40,00 per stay. Wireless Internet connection is not included in the price and costs €10,00 per day. Turn left into Via Triestina, proceed along Via Orlanda. Stay on the left side on the Cavalcavia San Giuliano bridge. Stay on the right on Via Forte Marghera. Bend left and proceed for Via Guglielmo Pepe. Turn left into Via Guglielmo Pepe and welcome to Villa Giotto.
