La Villa di Pietra (The Stone House)

Surrounded by soft grass and with a 360-degree view stretching over the Maremma countryside, Villa di Pietra offers its guests four tastefully decorated apartments, each with a large and independent section of garden with a natural gazebo from which to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan sunsets. The nearby pool is furnished with umbrellas and sun loungers, and the area is perfectly safe for children.

La Casa Rosa (The Pink House)

Constructed from local stone and with a fusion of the typical colours of Tuscan houses, Casa Rosa is built on two levels. A four-room apartment is located on the first floor, comprising three bedrooms and a furnished terrace of 100 sq metres. On the ground floor, there are four large and bright two-room apartments with a section of garden and gazebo made of wood and other natural materials. Beside this is the swimming pool, barbecue and children’s play area. The beautiful Maremma countryside surrounds the building for miles around.

From the South, on the SS1 Aurelia, exit at 119,900 km at the exit before the flyover, and follow Via Querciolare for about 2.5 km. 300 m from the start of the unpaved road, turn left where you see our signs and follow the road until you reach us.
From the north, on the SS1 Aurelia, exit at 120,500 km at the first exit before the flyover for Pescia Romana-Pescia Marina. Turn right and then right again opposite the church, and take the flyover. Follow the main road for 1.3 km and then turn right. After 900 m turn left onto Via Querciolare. Follow for about 2.5 km and 300 m from the start of the unpaved road, turn left where you see our signs and follow the road until you reach us.
