The location of this hotel is perfect. You can walk to the Prado and other museums easily. There is a great selection of places to eat nearby. It is very close to public transport if you want to travel around Madrid. The hotel staff could not have been nicer, were fluent in English and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The neighborhood is very safe with a constant police presence because of the hotels proximity to government buildings and embassies. The room was very clean, quiet, and the air con worked perfectly (it gets hot in Madrid in summer). We only stayed at los Rios for two nights but I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone planning a trip to Madrid for however long. The price of the hotel was very,very reasonable.

Whilst this hotel was not in the Center of Madrid it was only 10min by bus or 20 min to walk.The room was excellent..it looked new,the staff very helpful and the surrounding area very quite but attractive.The only drawback was the difficult parking..it was one you had to reverse into an elevator and it was pricey at 18 Euro but otherwise this was a very nice stay..i would prefer to stay in this location than in the center of Madrid.Breakfast next door was very good,propertior also very helpful

Hotel personnel friendly and competent. Very good location, quiet and close to the center. Room was light, clean and reasonably roomy. Would come back.

Our room was spacious, smartly designed and comfortable. The breakfast, served to order in the room, was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet but very convenient for the metro to the old city and for buses, or a longish walk, to the main art galleries.
