The words apartment / suite / earls court in a description should not be associated with this place. There is nothuing suite or apartment about it on any level. I booked here as the words suite and apartnment generally means space / quality. My room was very cramped, little or no floor space and when stepping off the double bed, I landed into the bathroom which was about the size of a cubicle in an airport bathroom. I had to step into the shower to close the bathrrom door which was a single shutter and not perfectly functional. It was like trying to sit down inside a wardrobe. I am happy I am of average weight, if I had been heavy, I would not have managed to get inside the bathroom - it was really that small. As I went to bed, I pulled back the sheet / duvet / duvet cover to discover some snmall hairs which I brushed off, I deceided to check further and discovered hairs on both sheets top and bottom, on both sides of the duvet and duvet cover. I then checked the mattress protector and mattress and discovered the place was infested and never properly cleaned. It had obviously been like this for some time. The night porters solution when i went to him was provide a blanket, not eactly the same and very disappointing. After an invite to see the infestation for himself, he finally gave me a new room. It was little bigger than the first and the air conditioning was conrtinuous and despite his "advice", it was not linked to the key card. I was that frustrated at his unwillingness to solve the problem so I could sleep, I was at the point of packing and leaving at 1 in the morning despite lack of sleep, rain and wind. I managed finally to solve the air con issue by my own efforts, thankfully. The bed in this second room also had hairs on it and i stopped checking at the first sheet, I was too tired to care at that point. I saw 2 rooms and both are single bedrooms with double beds. The bathrooms aspire to be small and pokey, I have never been in a "hotel" bathroom as small

Room was smaller than I was expecting but it is London after all. There is a kettle and fridge and toaster in the room but you need to sit on your bed while eating and its a struggle to get around the room due to lack of space. Disappointing extra charges, Wifi was an extra charge at £10 per day, left luggage was £10 if there after 1pm. Clean and conveniently located for Earls Court

The room was smaller than expected and the kitchen is very small as it is a cupboard kitchen but overall quite sunny and clean- The dishes weren't as clean as I woud have liked them to be but they do have a sink so- There were no plugs in our room (I can't generalize), and the window doesn't open completely but on the positive side the bed was clean and comfortable,it is a very quiet building and the cleaning staff was very nice and welcoming as was the receptionist. Overall pleasant. The location was excellent, just next to Earl's court underground and it is very easy to find.

A good place to stay for a few days. It is in a very nice location to know the city, near the underground.

Smallest room I have ever been. Not a table where eating or put some stuffs. "Kitchen" is just single hob and a tiny sink. Impossible to cook something or just have a cup of tea. Bathroom nice, but very small too. If you are taller or bigger than the average, you can have serious problem to get sit on the loo... However, shower was best part of room, fortunately. Terrible draught came in from the window-shutter, just above the head in the bed. Etc, etc... Definetely, i don't suggest this facility.

This self-catering hotel has a well equipped kitchen in every room. Renovation is done poorley with little care for detail - bad do it yourself job. Bed linen with holes, curtains with holes, however all cleaned by industrial cleaner. In my room, you had to be slim to go on the toilet as it was squeezed between wall and shower cubicle. A XL person would not be able to sit on it. Summary: good for a night where you only need the bed, but not ok for longer stay. Tesco and Saintsbury around the corner plus many pubs with pub breakfast for the lazy ones. Not ok for business people or anyone needing a table in the room as there was none.

My romm was very nice, quite clean and quiet. The staff is gentle and the service is very good. One suggestion: change the curtains, they don't work properly against the sunlight at 6 am!

The room was small but functional. The bathroom was too small! The location is great: 2 min. walk from earls court subway, and 4 minutes from Earls Court Road (supermarkets, restaurants... everything). The room also as everything we needed to prepare a simple meal and breakfast.

The room was really small and the Mini-Kitchenette could have had some more spoons and other things... We had to ask for a saucepan because there was only a pan but got it very quickly. We were a bit surprised that we had to pay immediatley when we arrived before getting the room's key, in the booking mail was said payment at the end of the stay... The stuff was friendly, the street very quiet, the underground and a supermarket very nearby. For this price it was a good choice - you can't expect more!

This stay was an absolute nightmare. There was not even enough space to put my (rather small) suitcase in the room. The place is a fire trap - I checked to see where the fire escape is and there were mattresses and old furniture stored in the hallway nearby! In addition, there was only an empty outer plastic shell where the smoke detector in the room should have been. I also found a green pest control product in a corner near the fridge. I was in the basement with only a narrow window with bars, no sunlight. However - since there were no proper shutters or curtains - neon light was shining into my room at night, making it difficult to sleep. There were no real public facilities like a breakfast room etc. The only good thing about this place is its location, only a few minutes walk from Earl`s Court Station. However, there are many better hotels in that area for a similar price, so not worth it. I can only say, avoid this place if you can!

Very poor facilities provided. No breakfast included in the room rate. Wifi is available at GBP10 per day which other hotels provide for free! Luggage storage is also chargeable at GBP10 which other hotels also provide for free! Not my kind of place to stay for my future trips!
