Rivington Apartments - London

I stayed at a studio for one week. I was expecting a hotel room but what I got was a tiny apartment, well equipped, clean and comfortable. All facilities were provided. The reception is not manned all the time but there is someone to assist you 24 hours if you call a central number. I called to request extra towels and coat hangers at around midnight and someone came to my room to provide the same. Rivington Apartments is located close to the City and Old Street station which makes moving around very easy. On the bad side, the building does not have its own parking facilities and its own restaurant, although there is a very good one (a little expensive)on the ground floor. Other than that, this is a very good place.

This is just the right hotel. I stayed at a studio apartment for 1 night. I think the apartment was very good for what I paid. It was small, but it was neat and clean, with fresh towels and bed linen. All the facilities mentioned on the web site were provided. It had a flat screen TV, not too big, it would be 26 inches, but it was just the right size for the room and for what I paid. I was shown an Executive apartment on arrival and was told that for an extra charge I could have it. I did not take it as I was for just one night and studio met my needs, but for a longer stay executive is much better, quite spacious, with a small area for dining and a larger TV. For a longer visit, I would book an Executive. On the bad side, the apartment was a little bit noisy as there are plenty of bars around and Friday nights may disturb your sleep. Overall, I think I got what I paid for and would come back here gladly. Recommended.

Hotel is just in the right place for the city. I enjoyed my stay and will come back. Flat is nice and comfortable. Good value for money.

I liked many things about this place: clean, nice old building in a good area, facilities working properly, professional staff. Would recommend for sure.

The hotel location was very convenient for us as it was so close to Old Street station and a walking distance to Liverpool Street. We arrived late and were checked in a nice Executive Apartment although we booked only a studio apartment. The manager decided to upgrade us free of charge. He showed us the studio which was also very nice but much smaller. The Executive Apartment we stayed in had a good size kitchen, a sitting area and a very large screen TV. We needed internet and wi-fi was working well in all parts of our apartment. This was a very pleasant experience for us and we plan to come back when we come to London next time. Thank you for the upgrade!

Was a really appropriate place. It was what I expected. I arrived, was checked in quickly and welcomed by professional staff. The room was small, but very clean and had a very nice kitchen which I did not expect at all. I thought I was booking an ordinary hotel room and this was a nice studio apartment. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Rivington Apartments was a good place to stay. Everything that I expected when I booked this hotel was provided. The rooms were clean and newly refurbished, all the facilities were present in the room. The girls at the reception were helpful. Wi-fi worked properly. I would recommend this place.

Hotel is very tastefully decorated and it is kept very clean. I saw the cleaners cleaning the common part a number of times during the day. My room was nice and good quality. I will come back here.

Staff is polite and helpful. Has a kichen in the apartment and evrything works! Great. Old street Tube is just 5 minutes away, great. Food shops are closeby. would like to come back here on my next visit to London.

Apartments are new and very tastefully decorated. Room has moview chanels via Sky dish. Very comforatble in the room. Air con is good. There are many shops with hair saloon just downstairs.

This is a strange place. No doubt it was upgraded and renovated. Yet it was not done well or safely. It is terrible for anyone who is not physically fit. Narrow stairways and many of them. I question the cleanliness because my room had a fly infestation. When I called this to the attention of staff they laughed and proceeded to kill the flies with a towel. There was difficult access to the staff because there is no phone system. The apt setup had a dangerous set of stairs. It looked pretty and modern but it was not comfortable. I would avoid this place because the staff and owners did not seem to know or care what they were doing

The reason I didn't give "cleanliness of rooms" a ten was, due to some sort of work being carried out in the building, by the time I got to my room, my feet, unbeknown to me, were covered in dust and I spent ten minutes wiping the tiled, kitchen floor. Apart from that, the room was spotless and the air con was a welcome sight. The lady on reception was charming and VERY helpful with wonderful earrings ;-)

We came here the second time and we are satisfied. This is a nice hotel in Shoreditch area of London, close to Old Street station and close to Liverpool Street. The staff greeted us nicely, checked us in quickly and helped wherever we requested for assistance. The apartment was very nice, small, but very well equipped. It had a large double bed with luxurious, meticulously clean bedding. The bathroom was also very clean and had plenty of toiletries and towels. We enjoyed our stay at this place and would recommend this hotel.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to London as it has never failed to meet my expectations. The studio I stay in is small but has everything that a business traveler like me may need: small kitchen with all equipment, a comfortable bed, luxurious bedding, polite and attentive personnel. It is located close to the Old Street station and is a walking distance to Liverpool Street. I enjoy my stay here every time I come and would recommend it to anyone.

The building is very close to Old Street underground station which was convenient for me. The apartment was of a medium size, well equipped, with a small kitchen area. There were plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The apartment was kept very clean. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would come back here.

Great rooms, great hotel. Very nice staff and professional service. Apartment was very clean. The hotel was newly refurbished. The studio we stayed at had everything we needed including a hair dryer and a washing machine. Kitchen had everything for cooking. Nice location also. Just 3 minutes to the Old Street underground station. Thank you. Manager did not miss anything. Everything was great!

The apartment was nice and clean and surprisingly spacious for London standards. We were greeted warmly and the service provided was amazing. We particularly liked the small kitchen at the apartment which had all appliances. The location was not exactly central, but it was good for us and anyways it is just 2 minutes to Old Street tube. Overall, we spend a lovely holiday and will come back next time with kids.

The apartment was great, spacious, clean, newly refurbished. The atmosphere in the hotel was very calm and quiet. The bed was large and I slept really well. The small kitchen in the room was a plus. Overall, a very good value for money.

A good hotel in all respects - staff, services, cleanliness, comfort, location. The room was spacious, clean with a lovely kitchenette. The wireless internet was available and there was a large flat screen TV in the room. There were plenty of towels, toilet tissues, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very nice in this hotel. I would come back here again.

Excellent location. Just the right place for the city. In the heart of Shoreditch. Nice, very clean, luxurious apartment with a lovely kitchen. Could easily cook dinner. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor with excellent food. Very friendly and professional staff. I would recommend to anyone. Much better than any Hotel in central streets of London.

We were welcomed warmly by professional and polite personnel and checked in very quickly in a nice studio apartment which was equipped with everything we needed. The apartment had its own separate kitchen with full appliances. The room was clean. The bed - very comfortable. The bedding - clean and luxurious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

We were relocated to another, much cheaper apartment. We still had to pay the prices for Langham Apartments. We had written a mail to Langham in advance to notify them that we would arrive at 08 pm, but the reception was closed when we got there.

The location was great. An easy walk to Old Street underground station, Liverpool street etc. The room was luxurious and comfortable and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to an executive apartment which was very spacious. The staff were helpful, friendly and competent enough to deal with all our requests. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor was also very good.

We found Langham Apartments very comfortable. The room was clean and stylish, surprisingly spacious for London standards and the hotel staff were very friendly and polite. We could not fault our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to stay in London.

The room was big and clean. It made for a really comfortable and cosy stay and I felt at home immediately. Also the staff at the reception was very helpful with ordering a taxi and the check in and out. Also we could leave our luggage at the hotel before checking in which made our day a lot easier. The hotel was conveniently located near Old Street underground station from which a train took us to central London streets in 5 minutes. We had a good stay indeed and we will come back certainly.

A very good location in the heart of Shoreditch. The rooms were as good as pictured on the venere web site - spacious, well furnished, newly refurbished with a nice kitchenette and a bathroom. We had free internet connection in the room and a huge flatscreen TV. A good service and professional staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Lovely place!

It is the best location in London. The area is trendy and beautifully like this hotel. Night life is great around the area. I had a nice Lunch and will come back to this hotel next time.

Place is good and can be improved more. I was happy for my stay. Got everything I asked and staff was polite and helpful.

I celebrated my marriage anniversary with a small party of 9 in the hotel. Booked a Luxury apartment and everything went very well. My guest went home with lots of pink champagne. This party in a restaurant would have cost me three times more. Thanks to the manager to bring all my guest to my apartment.

Old street tube station is just 4 minutes away. Hotel has lovely apartments with fully fitted kitchens. I loved the ceiling height in the room. It gives a spacious feelings. Entrance is clean with marble. Rooms are cleaned every day. Manager was polite. Would like to go back.

Very nice private apartment hotel with a restaurant on the ground floor. Every thing small and nice. Staff are polite and helpful. Came late in the night and checked in without a problem.

I was late to check-In and quickly called them. No problem to check-in late provided you arrange a time by phone. Just don't show up without appointment or you have to wait half hour to check-in. Rooms were clean and big. Very nice apartment.

I would definitely stay in this apartment than a hotel. Room was huge and clean. manager has definitely looked at the concept very carefully. Nice Kitchen and kept well. Restaurant is nice and good food. This hotel was a good choice for me.

Hotel is a very private place.Once you are in the apartment, it feels homely. I could have stayed in the apartment for months if I was not working. Apartment is clean with great comfort. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Restaurant on the ground floor is amazingly good and very busy place.

We were grateful to the hotel manager as he picked us from the station. We were lost and he came immediately to pick us from the station. It was late in the night and we were getting worried. Flat is beautiful and kitchen has everything you need to stay.

I arrived late in the evening but informed the hotel that i was arriving after 12 pm. Had no problem. Paid 20 pounds for late check-in but was happy that the manager was waiting for me late in the evening. Service and staff are very good. Rooms are large and clean.

Hotel is very much in the heart of shoreditch area with restaurants and clubs all around. We had a nice time in the apartment. Good service with a very nice professionally run restaurant on the ground floor.

Hotel is clean and has a very good manager. Rooms are spacious with all the comfort to live long term. Manager did not miss anything anything in the apartment that i could complain. Hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the metro.

Clean and cheerful ! Feels you are at home. Just 4 minutes walk from underground station. Very close attractions in London. Heart of shore-ditch which is full of night clubs and restaurants.

Hotel staff was very good and helpful. Reception is open from 2 to 6 pm but they are available 24 hrs a day. Nice clean rooms with shower. Rooms are rather large which would be good for a family. Love to come back on my next visit.

The Hotel is right in the heart of the city. Apartments were quiet, isolated, had a lovely kitchennete, all the facilities we needed for our stay: iron, hair drier, washing machine. The rooms were cleaned regularly to a very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back here. The apartments are better than any other hotel I have stayed in London.

Apartments are Just 4 minutes walk from Old street underground station. Very comfortable and staff was good to check-in. Rooms are big with high ceilings. Very romantic ! loved staying in the apartment. Restaurant food and staff are welcoming. Was upgraded for just 30 pounds !

Hotel is in the center of City and 15 minutes by taxi or train. Rooms are large and clean. Restaurant is lovely with delicious food. I loved the breakfast with coffee. Very central for all attractions in London. Kitchen was large and operational. Will come back here next time I am in London.

Hotel is clean and large rooms for the price. Kitchen is well fitted with all things to cook food. Very good for the value. Close to the station and have all the shops around the hotel. Lots of restaurants and clubs. Restaurant of the hotel is superb. Nice food, service and nice people.

Hotel is one the best in the area. large rooms and homely feel. I asked extra things, got it in 2 minutes and no fuss. Just have to watch that the reception is open between 2-7 Pm daily. Restaurant was good with delicious food. Good ambiance in the hotel and restaurant. Will definitely come back.

Apartments are very clean and very close to all the attractions by train. In 15 minutes we could go to Piccadilly station directly. Fins-bury Park underground station is just 5 minutes walk to the hotel. My stay was fantastic and I will come back to this hotel.

Hotel is around the best place in shoreditch and has a lovely restaurant on the ground floor. Had my best breakfast in the morning. Building is very private. The apartment is big and cheerful. Had a bottle of wine on the house from the manager.

Hotel is a private apartment building with a fantastic restaurant on the ground floor. I loved the breakfast and diner in the place. Room was very spacious and clean. I loved my short stay. It was definitely a good experience in London. I will come back in the New Year in this hotel.

Apartment Hotel is so nice that I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was good and gave me the services I needed immediately. I am impressed with the quality of service with the price I paid for my apartment. I could have easily have a small gathering of 4-5 of my friends in the apartment.

It was such a great time in the hotel. We had a small family gathering and room was so spacious that we opened a pink champagne to celebrate. I am coming back next month.

The building is so good that I fell in love with the old character of the building. The marble on the stairs was so good and I felt very comfortable in the building. I was given a nice welcome at the reception and was upgraded at no cost. My flat ceiling was high and I felt very romantic.

The apartment had a very high ceiling which made my visit very romantic. I enjoyed my stay with my girfriend that I can recomend this serviced apartment to young and many other age group people.The apartment was so big that it had a seperate sitting room with kitchen. I was expecting a smaller accomodation but the apartment was huge. I will definitely come back. I particularly liked the building as it dates back over 100 years and is well maintained.

I didn´t like that there is no people in reception to complain for the service. My apartment had two TV, none of them work, I stayed there 4 night, I complain about this after the first night, and never made them work. The matress of the room is terrible. A lot of noise on the street. you have to pay in advance, so they dont care if you have a complain about the room.
