Unexpectedly spacious, but a bit grubby/low quality furnishings, with broken bits [eg handles, plugs]. Not very pleasant exterior (rubbish bags, dirty), but otherwise as described. Good location for eating on the doorstep [literally!] and transport OK.

Good value for money. Surrounding is nice, close to tube station. More importantly I was able to rent a car which I could not have done if I had stayed closer to city center.

Very good room, very good Hotel surroundings, We really liked.

Fidèle à la description, situé à 4mn à pieds du métro et à 10mn du centre ville avec la Jubilee Line. Parfait pour ceux qui aiment être indépendants, sans réception et avec la possibilité de se faire soit même à manger de temps en temps. Grand supermarché (Sainsburry) à un arrêt de métro. Petit déjeuner déposé dans le frigo la veille par la femme de chambre: qualité basique.

La gente es amable ,limpieza perfecta, asi como los componentes de la cocina y baño,la situacion respecto al centro de Londres está bien comunicado por bus y metro,tambien con bus desde el aeropuerto de stanted,es una zona tranquila con bares con terrazas y supermercado al lado,en contra no tiene persianas entrando mucha luz a la habitacion,en cuanto al aislamiento acustico entra mucho ruido de la calle,no hay linea de telefono en la habitacion

Dear Sir, madam Your website said that they had a restaurant and bar - not the case. Even thought i booked the room through yourselves and the room was guranteed i was contacted by the property the night before to say they wanted to take money out of my credit card. The staff are very poor and do not give a damn, and the breakfast they provide is a couple of stale croisant put in yor fridge, five alive and long life milk. The room standard was very poor, stained tables, holes in the bedding, bathroom didnt look finished and the wall had plaster falling off it, the stairs were a death trap and uneven.

Apartment 291 Suites is very well located for food and drink with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Its location does mean that there is a lot of noise at night from the pubs etc. below - even though the rooms are described as soundproof. Its a 10 minute walk to the Jubilee line. The room itself was something of a missed opportunity with the finish letting it down. The bathroom in particular would have been much nicer if it weren't for shoddy paintwork. The keys are collected from a letting office across the street. We arrived at just after 1pm so had to leave our case there as check-in was 2pm. The office is open late though. The room included a fridge with individual cartons of juice, long-life milk and croissants (not great). There were also breakfast cereals. There are shops over the road. To be fair £85 per night for a good size room in a decent location in London is not bad. With a bit more care on the fit & finish of the room it could have been a bargain.

Very nice apartment, confortable and very nice atmospheare....very near bus station and undergraound...10 minutes from the centre.
