Real Residencia Suite Hotel - Lisbon

Very spacious unit. No fan over the stove meant smells from cooking could linger..though you can open the windows really wide and it's safe to do so. Convenient to subway access and large El Cortes Ingles shopping centre. Not quite as easy a walk to downtown Lisbon, but still a convenient location. Overall, good value for cost.

As advertised--suite with separate bedroom and kitchen. Very close to metro and major bus center. Breakfast was certainly adequate, though not as good as in Northern European hotels, and the waitress was not as rude as I had been lead to expect from other reviews. Problems--door did not work properly (fixed after complaint). Door lock did not work properly--I needed to get a new keycard daily! Bed and chairs were quite uncomfortable--my back hurt for the first time in 16 years. Internet (wired) did not work, and staff were unable to fix the problem during my stay. This appeared to affect only my room, and was not a problem with my computer or cable.

Very cute hotel with a nice living room and kitchen, very clean, very good price quality relation. And even tough it's far from the center, it is located in a very nice neighborhood, with a park in the front and very well comunicated by public transport and taxi. I highly recomend this hotel, and of course we would return.

Die Nähe zu U-Bahn und Parks und Museum hat uns sehr gefallen, sowie die nahen Einkaufsmäglichkeiten. Auch die tatsache, dass es ausserordentzlich einfach war, unangemeldet einen Wagen zu mieten und nach einigen Tagen zu den gleichen Konditionen wieder ins Hotel zurück zu kommen.

Small hotel, very good and professional reception (which is not often the case in Portugal), excellent breakfast, very clean and good connections with center. More for business people than tourists but very good value for money and recommended for those tourists that spend more than two nights in Lisboa and want a quite a confortable place,(although little bit anonymous)where to relax and rest.

Rooms of the hotel are great. But when we checked out, on the invoice was charged 5 euro's for calling to Great Britain. But we have not call to Great Britian. The employee was not friendly when we tell that we not payed the 5 euro's.

Venere offered a first class service and first class hotel. It was excellent value for money and the staff were really helpful. The hotel was located in a very easily accessible area of Lisbon and our stay was very pleasant

I had a big surprise when arrived; it was not just a room but a suite, with its large and well furnished dining room, kitchen, bathroom and - of course - a nice bed room. Style, silence, courtesy; not to far from the true city center and few meter away from the metro station to the center. Excellent the hotel and the service of Venere.com
