Hotel is an apartment in an older apartment block building. For North American travelers it may be a bit strange. Not your normal big hotel, but if you have some international experience, you will be very satisfied. The apartment was completely re-done, very nice, very clean, large. Nice kitchen, bathroom. Bed was good. TV's were good. Wifi was excellent. Reasonably quiet. Good a/c. Desk staff were very nice and helpful. Not downtown, but no problem if you can use a subway. Very close to parks and cathedrals and war museum. Easy walk. Experienced no safety concerns even on later walks. I would definitely use it again.
