good place to reside, we enjoyed the stay, rooms are nicely decorated and family friendly. Just keep in mind it is far from sultanahmet which is the main tourist area, takes around 35 lira each way for taxi. other option is taxi to kabasta (15 lira) then tram to sultanahmet (1.75 lira). but we were satisfied with hotel.
