Very pleasant stay. The flat was nice and quiet. The street outside was a bit noisy, but it did not disturb us. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement (le n°7); l'immeuble est à l'écart des zones touristiques, au coeur de la vie locale. Et c'est un bon point de départ pour visiter le nord de Tenerife. Rue un peu bruyante, mais on s'en accommode. Au mois de mars, une certaine humidité constatée dans l'appartement, mais nous n'avons jamais ressenti de froid. A conseiller : la plage de San Marcos, très tranquille en cette période

The appartment was super-spacious for 2 persons. Everything was suficiently clean, and there were nice extras like a hairdryer or kitchen equipment i didnt expect. You definitely need a car to get there! Our appartment (number 6) was next to the street, so quite loud with open windows. But they have double windows, so sleeping was okay. I very much liked the roofterrace and the patio, everything is very well maintained. Don't expect 5*-luxury, though it´s a very very good price-value relation! Would stay there again!
