Villa Perka is the family stone house surrounded by pine woods, olive groves and flower gardens.It's interior was fully renovated in 2007.From it's slightly elevated position 200 m from the sea it commands the superb, relaxing views of the islands and the endless blue sea that surround them.

Room Details

Villa has 3 spacious apartments Lavanda(2+2),Lantana(4+2) and Bougainvillea (6+1).Apartmens consist of double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and dinning room. Two of them have larder too.On everybodies disposal is the fireplace, parking place and laundry.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE The price includes: the residence tax,use of electricity/water/gas,air conditioning(cooling/heating)change of sheets once a week, change of towels every 3 days,parking space,use of fire place/grill and final cleaning. Extra beds are charged Eur 10 in the period 01.09.-30-06. and Eur 15 during July and August.
