This is a wonderful apartment in Florence. It would easily accomodate 6 people. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Having a washing machine available in the apartment was very helpful. The only glitch we had was a rather long wait (1+ hour) for someone to arrive and let us into the apartment. The staff was very accomodating and brought us a fan on our second day. Beware the mosquitos in Florence in August.
Room Details
The apartment lies on the ground floor and is composed of two parts connected by a loggia passage opening onto a small charming courtyard with a fountain dating back to the 17th century. It offers space for 4-6 persons. Once sculptor Quinto Martini's atelier, it still retains its artistic character.The first part features an entrance, a living room with dining corner and kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom (with twin beds or large bed). The second part has a living room with single sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a loft with double bed (which can be divided into two single beds) plus a single sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, cooker (4 hot plates), washing machine, wardrobe, ironing facilities, satellite TV, heating, radio, hairdryer and desk.
Baby cots are available on request.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE The final cleaning is not included in the price and costs €70,00 per apartment. Bed and bath linen is not included in the price and costs €15,00 per person. Use of heating is not included in the price. Details available upon request. Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 2.2%.
