It was my first time in Florence. The room was special: with a beautiful grand piano, washing machine, spare bed, and very comfortable kitchen and bathroom. The room is neer many nice Bars, excellent location. I didn't know about it but 'apartments normally have final cleaning fee' in Florence. The amount of that fee was not included in final price. But the owner was very polite and understanding, and agreed not to charge it after all. It is recommended to improve the WiFi.

Very nice place to stay in Florence, with a wonderful view on the Arno. Good welcoming, in French ans in English. Even if the place looks like far from the center, it's not, and walking a little is the best way to enjoy Florence!

Perfect location just in the towncentre, 5 min from Uffici,S.Croce,... by foot. Direct view on the river and opposite bankside, Pza Michelangelo, San Miniato. Street is busy but the double window system and air conditioning makes it irrelevant. The room (apartment if you take the choice of the separate kitchen) is wide and fully new, elegant decoration in Florentine style, the piano bit off-key. Bath and kitchen are useful, full equiped(washmachine), bright and modern. Important to note is that once you pay you receive instructions by email about the key. If not, try to confirm your arrival the day before by email, phone or SMS. Maurizio and Manuela really undestand the needs of a voyager in a strange town. Fully recomendable, we really felt confortable in Florence.

By carThe apartment is easily reachable by the A1 motorway, exit at Firenze Sud. Take the Lungarno following the indications to the centre. Continue on Lungarno Aldo Moro, Lungarno Cristoforo Colombo and Lungarno Tempio. Once arrived at Ponte San Nicolò bridge, cross the bridge and take Lungarno Cellini until Ponte delle Grazie bridge.
