Villa Elkaza - Fira

Great value for money, nice decor and great view just a quick path from the city center and an unforgetable hospitality from the owner.

Fira is a small town, hotel located 10 min. walking distance to center of Fira. No swimming pool hardly no view but a quiet balcony only.

A good place to stay....but very difficult to find!...drove past it many times...locals didn't know where it was....only roof visible from street, with a small sign with name of villa on it. Large room, very large balcony with sea in distance. Kitchenette not condusive to cooking....no pots or pans - no table to eat at, except very small round patio table. Needed to ask for kettle and had to wait until other guests had left to receive one. Breakfast put in room each day for the next day...orange juice, packaged croissants, sometimes yogurt - would have appreciated brown bread instead of white all the time. Service friendly and unobtrusive. Clean. Shower a challenge as shower curtain encompasses the toilet too, so everything gets soaked, until you sorta get the knack. Bed comfortable - two put together to make a king...but sheets not wide enough for bed! Good location for walking into Fira.

The room was clean, spacious and beautiful with a balcony/patio overlooking the town. I loved the decor! The B&B was only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Fira. It was also very close to the bus stop to go to Oia. My only complaint is that the transfer from the port to the B&B was quite expensive (around 6-7 euros per person)...but then again, Santorini is pricey.

This is a very simple hotel located between the cities of Fira and Firostefani. You'll be about a 10-15 minute walk from the center of either city. Our room was spacious, had a small kitchen and tiny bathroom. The hotel manager/owner was extremely nice, giving us directions and tips on how to move around the island. For the price we paid, I was very happy with the overall stay, and would recommend it to any traveller.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni veramente piacevoli a Villa Elkaza. Tutto ben curato nei dettagli. La pulizia delle camere merita un 10 e lode come anche l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Eleftheria la titolare.Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione.

The breakfast was pretty minimal, and the shower lacked a shower curtain. The room was very pretty and spacious, the service was excellent, the view was lovely. It was a very good bargain and a very pleasant place to stay.

Villa Elkaza è una sistemazione ideale perchè è pulita, le sue camere sono molto grandi, si trova in una posizione tranquilla e vicina al centro di Fira (10 minuti a piedi).La ragazza alla reception è molto simpatica e gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. La consiglio vivamente!

We were happy with our stay- it was a nice place and the price was good for us, but the best part was the staff. The manager was so nice and helpful, she took excellent care of us- I would recommend this place to anyone.
