Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartments not later than midday.
Please note that the reception is open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.; and on Tuesdays and Sundays from 10.00 a.m. to 2 p.m., and from 6.00 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests arriving when the reception is closed are requested to notify the arrival time in advance.
Reception hours: Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday from 8.30 AM to 9.30 PM. Wednesday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM and from 6 PM to 10 PM.
From 11 PM there is a security guard that can provide assistance with any queries except on Sunday.

VEry nice place, big spaces, in the center, but if you go with car, you have to pay attention: you can't reach the hotel with car, and it is really hard to park near there, so you'd better aks for the parking service from the Hotel (11 euros/day)

At Jerez de la Frontera take the exit for El Puerto de Santa Maria, Algeciras, Puerto Real, then the N-IV road and then the N-443 road until you get to El Puerto de Santa Maria. Follow the main road, pass the roundabout, take the right lane and follow it to the end. Turn right at Calle Ganado street.
