Cancellation can be made up to 4pm on the day prior to arrival and pre-payment will be refunded less a £25 administration charge. Later cancellation will result in the first nights accommodation being charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

This is a five star apartment building and the only reason its not a 10 for everything is that there are three strip clubs on the corner 1/2 block down from the entrance. After the first two days we never noticed these anymore and had no problems because they were there. but it does take away a little from the location. However, there is also a Novotel and a Premier Inn within 1/2 block just up from Knights Residence so lots of travelers and safety was not an issue. You could walk to everything from this location and the tour buses even stopped at the corner so perfect place to stay if not driving although Knight Residence offers secure parking. Loved this place and Chris, the property manager.

Room Details

The 29 clean and new apartments at the The Knight Residence have been highly praised by reviewers, thanks to the extra special accommodation and the personal touch that they offer to Edinburgh's visitors. The apartment can be personalized before arrival through informing the residence about about your music tastes, so that the 10 CDs provided in the apartment will reflect your personal tastes; DVD's can also be rented from reception too.

They Comfort Apartments are suitable for quadruple occupancy, whereas the Superior are suitable for double, quadruple and even quintuple occupancy. Also, you will find every you need, as all of the apartments have complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access and the Superior Apartments have a high-speed hard-wire connection. There is a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living room and dinning area and bathroom with a shower and a bath; an electronic safe, iron, ironing board and hairdryers are also provided in the apartments and a trouser press and cot are available upon request too.

There is also a maid service from Monday to Friday in the Comfort Apartments, and every day in the Superior.
