Vacation Rental House Katarina - Old town - Dubrovnik

The room (Sobe) is inside the old town it is on the North side of Dubrovnik. Just be aware that you have to climb 6 or seven sets of stairs to reach the room. Which was no problem for me and my wife, but it is fairly steep. The room was fairly large, our only gripe was the a/c unit started making noise on the first night and then just quit working on the second night and was never repaired even though we told them about it. Luckily it was cool outside so we didn't have to use it. However it would have been misrable had it been hot outside. The European Showers are always "interesting". We did had a shower curtain but had to hold the spray nozzle above us to get wet. (This seems so common in Europe) Why not a shower head? Otherwise the price was fair at 60 Euros a night and we loved staying in the old town. Noise was not a problem because you are pretty high up the small street.

The house is nicely located off the beaten path, but only a few stair steps away from hidden gems on Prijeko. Prijeko ends up being an often overlooked stretch of Stari Grad. For friendly service, affordable prices, and good food, try Moby Dick. Netcafe is an acommodating internet cafe. Dolce Vita has good ice cream, but is just plain rude; don't bother.

A very nice appartment, with a perfect location in the old town of Dubrovnik. Nice staff and good price! Very satisfied and will gladly recommend this place!

There was a small kitchen in the room. It was a quiet area.

A great, small studio in the old town - but there are quite few stairs to get there. A great location, but basic accommodation - which is perfectly fine if you wish to explore Dubrovnik outside the room :)

We loved being in the heart of the Old City. We were met at the airport and taken to the room. The steps are expected and not difficult if you don't have a lot of luggage. Rooms are small but very clean. We would highly recommend.

The appartment was exactly how it looked in the photos. Everything was very clean. It was a very short walk to the old town and foreshore with a supermarket and bakeries nearby. From the port/bus station it was about a 10 walk and safety wasn't an issue. We would definately stay there again. We and our 15 year old son found the fold out couch was very comfortable to sleep on. The tv had a variety of english language viewing for our son.

Very friendly reception at airport and so nice to be greeted and shown where to go. A basic clean room in the old town, perfect location. The owners were so welcoming and helpful.

Owners lovely and very helpful. Location great. Would stay here again.
