The public beach is just 2 walking minutes away. The Apartment & Rooms House with Garden in Dubrovnik is connected to the Central Bus Station via the local bus no. 8; guests must get off at the Zicara bus stop and then walk 20 yards/20 meters to Obodska Street. Buses no. 5 and 8 take you from the self catering apartment to the rest of Dubrovnik
Walking distance to the Old Town and the beach is less than 3 minutes. But the return trip is longer because of the climbing up stairs. As an alternative, guests can use taxi which is very cheap. Bus tickets are the same. Other options are to use car or scooter.

There isn't parking at apatment house. Apartment is located at stair street (pedestrian). The host was not so wellcome to show the way from closest available parking street - the "way" is throught neibourhood garden-meadow. WiFi signal was low.

As many said before, stunning view over Dubrovnik Old Town. If the down stair neighbor would cut the tree it would be even greater. Good exersize walking all the stairs, but be sure when you leave the room that you not forget anything because it is a long way up again. A lovely stay at this Apartment, would definately go back again.

Our stay at 'house with garden' was excellent it has beautiful views and surroundings, we were made to feel very welcome and we had a great holiday. Highly recommended.

I recommend this accomodation mainly for guests without cars because in Dubrovnik there is no place for parking. But the very kind manners of the owner and the beautiful panorama from the window can compensate anybody for the lack of parking place (meanwhile the problem can solve in a strange way). The apartman is on the hillside and you must climb the stairs, but it is worth!!

Main complaint, H&G seemed to be advertised as an appartment-but in fact would be better classified as a "sobe" ie a room with own bath -toilet. The other gripe is that the house was full of cigarette and dampness smell. and lastly we were after twin beds but got a double. Owners are nice enough but until the the house is painted & cleaned up stay away!!

Studio Apartment with sea view (22 sqm) consists of a double room with a King bed and is equipped with private bathroom; Room East with sea view (16 sqm) consists of a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom; Room Living with sea view (20 sqm) consists of a living room with balcony, a double sofa bed, an additional sofa bed and a shared bathroom. All of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV and radio alarm clock. Furthermore, guests can use the kitchen, dining room and Garden Grill. Guest can also book the whole apartment (101 sqm), air-conditioned, fully equipped and furnished. Pets are only allowed upon written request, prior to booking.Room East with sea view - House with gardenThe twin bedded room overlooking the sea is 16 m²(172ft²). The room has Air Condition. refrigerator, TV and a radio alarm clock. This room share bathroom and toilet. From East and West terraces, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the island Lokrum Old Town. At the anchorage you can see the very large yachts of famous personalities. The Old Town, the center of all happenings, with numerous monuments, galleries, concerts, together with many cozy restaurants and cafes that are all located inside the city walls you can reach in 3 minutes walk.Guests can use kitchen & dining room and Garden grill without extra charge. For winter season house is equipped with central heating system. The public beach east & west is only 3 minutes walk.Room Living with sea view - House with gardenThe living room with balcony and double bedded sofa for 2 persons and an additional sofa bed and a beauty full view of the sea is 28 m²(301 ft²). The room is equipped with Air Condition a refrigerator, SatTV and a radio .The guest can use the kitchen, dining room and Garden Grill. This room share bathroom and toilet. From East and West terraces, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the island Lokrum Old Town.
