Residence Zenitude La Divonne - Divonne-les-Bains

Very nice and confortable, close to Genevre and very cheap.

We didn´t expected more, therefore it was okay. But don´t think of romantic holidays in this house. We stayed there for a congress because it was one of the cheapest near Geneve. WLAN was okay.

It was a nice quiet room. We did not face any problem except the following minor things: 1-The main door look want apple to close and the reception staff try to help us but they could not because it an was off-day(Sunday) and also there was no other any available room. We did not go anywhere because of this problem and we lost one day. On Monday after noon time the director replace our room and also he had promise us to consider this problem in room charges but nothing been made during the check out and we are still waiting. 2-The Internet access was not been explained to us clearly while check in, so we spend the first 2 nights without Internet. On the third day one of the staff explain the process to us clearly and we get the Internet access but also It was not sufficient all the time. 3-The reception staff not available after 08:00 PM. 4- There is no kids play ground area nearby. As , I said in the beginning these area a minor things and we spend a great time there. Also I will recommend Résidence La Divonne for my friends. Thanks and best regards Engr Abdul-Rahman ALALWANI
