Apartamentos Albatros - Costa Adeje

This hotel/aparthotel was clean, spacious but decorated from the 70's and needs an update. obviously it was cheap and I don't expect miracles. we had a duplex suite for the same price as a 1 bed. It was v spacious. very friendly, helpful staff. didn't use pool etc. on the whole it was cheap and ok. the local area was typical little english/irish bars etc. with older men sitting around all day drinking with shirts off. ha ha. no, we didn't go out round there. plenty of supermarkets nearby. bit off the beaten track really.

Price/quality rate is excellent. Studio are spacious and very well equipped. Nice with much wood. Service cleaning every two days was very good. On the down side, the location was hard to find, not well explained even over the phone. Also we phoned days in advance to ask for a studio on the second floor and were told it was not problem and recorded so. Arriving on the day we had to wait until 4.00pm to have the keys because studios were not cleaned ready and we were given a place on the 1st floor, with no record found of our earlier request for the 2nd floor. All along the stay different reception staff did not know anything about the area so it was not helpful at all. Also at weekend we had very noisy neighbours late in the night. Anyway we had a nice stay.
