Everything was more or less ok. The best, its relationship between price and quality and its location in the city center. Anyway, it had several drawbacks, no lift to reach your floor (it can be a problem if your luggage is too heavy), the TV was not working at all, the kitchen didn't have got any extractor fan and the cleaning scourer was not so clean (better to get your own ones)

San Fernando 62 has the potential to be a really brilliant apartment, but it is let down by poor maintenance and poor attention to detail. There is a washing machine... great, but nowhere to dry your clothes and no iron! The kitchen is poorly kitted out - we could not even tell whether the electric stove was on or off! There is lots of space in wardrobes, but no hangers. The heating/how water and aircon work, but not efficiently. Other than that, the bed is comfortable, the balcony wonderful and the site fantastic! Just a few Euros needed to make this a real and deserved 10!

have to look for the keys at a house 400 mts away. Not so easy in a medieval city but ok. Great kitchen.

Budget accomodation with good value for price, reasonable cooking facilities, balcony with table and chairs. Room was dark due to colour of decoration. TV small. Set on a bus route which makes travel from station easy - though only a 20 minute walk. Near to medieval heart of city and close to tourist attractions. Would stay here again.

We stayed in the studio apartment and although it was small, as you would expect, it was fairly comfortable and in a good location. Pretty good value for money

Great apartment for the money. Fantastic location in Cordoba. Easy walking distance to main sites of Cordoba. Only downsides were that we were on top (3rd) floor and there is no lift. Only really a problem if you have young children or a lot of luggage. The parking nearby was on 2 hour limit which we worked around - if you have a car you may want to park further away in the main city

Clean, comfortable & conveniently situated for sightseeing. Collection of key from Hostal Cibeles slightly inconvenient. Grocery next door to apartment well stocked & welcoming. Cordoba very well organised for tourists & plenty of helpful information

We booked a 3 person apartment for two, on the main street through the International heritage Site. Very pretty, lined with orange trees in full fruit for winter. Very easy, short walk to all Cordoba's main sites and restaurants. Right next to a little fruit shop, just 10 minues to the fresh food "mercado" - just need to check when the market and shops are open. Apartment itself was clean, and non-smoking meant just that. However, the kitchen equipment had not been properly checked following previous occupants, so needed a good wash. Reverse-cycle air conditioning allowed independent control of temperature. Noise from occupants above was an issue, tiled floors transmit lots of sound and the people above seemed keen to move chairs all hours of the night. Just depends who's there really. No ventilation directly in bathroom or above cooktop, so showers and cooking would be a problem in weather when windows cannot be opened. A multilingual sign on the doorbell explaining how to make contact with the manager is really necessary. We just pushed a buzzer and hoped for the best.
