In case of late cancellation or no show for all periods except high season (from the15th of July till 31st of August), penalty will be the first 2 days of the accommodation, unless it is mentioned otherwise in the rate description. For the high season period, the penalty will be 50% of the accommodation cost. In case of the Full prepayment-Non Refundable, full cost will be charged upon reservation and no refund is possible.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
